Small authentic Corsican house located 30 minutes from BASTIA airport; 10 minutes walk from St Florent town centre; 15 minutes walk from the beach.
Direct view of the Nebbio Cathedral, one of the most visited monuments in Corsica.
This small typical Corsican house is ideal for a couple with 2 children.
It has been completely renovated; It is composed of a living room and an equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher), a bedroom on the 1st floor with double bed and a bedroom with 2 twin beds on the 2nd floor; Bathroom with shower and double washbasin.
Independent WC
Small garden, terrace and private swimming pool secured for children.
Family advantage: swimming pool adapted to children as it is secured.

Extra charge of 150 € for cleaning and linen hire (sheets, towels, bath towels etc...).
The accommodation is completely disinfected between each rental.

Impression positive sur l'ensemble du sĂ©jour, maison confortable et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, piscinette rafraichissante, climatisation trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e dans les chambres.MalgrĂ© tout, certains Ă©lĂ©ments n'ont pas permis d'apprĂ©cier pleinement notre sĂ©jour,notamment concernant l'accueil nĂ©cessaire Ă  ce niveau de prix:- le mĂ©nage laissait vraiment Ă  dĂ©sirer, nous avons dĂ» demander une repasse- 1 chambre sur les 3 n'Ă©tait pas prĂ©parĂ©e malgrĂ© une rĂ©sa pour 2 adultes et 2 ados.- Accueil glacial et impoli de la conciergerie car nous avions 20mn d'avance....les propriĂ©taires ont bien rattrapĂ© le coup mais le mal Ă©tait fait, difficile d'effacer cette premiĂšre impression trĂšs nĂ©gativePar ailleurs, insonorisation inexistante entre 2 des 3 chambres, celle tout en haut Ă©tant une mezzanine, et entre une chambre et le salon juste en dessous (plancher simple). Ce n'est pas rĂ©dhibitoire mais il n'y aucune intimitĂ©.La rĂ©gion de Saint-Florent n'est pas Ă  choisir pour ses plages (les plus belles ne sont accessibles qu'en bateau Ă  20/ personne.....) ni la ville pour son authenticitĂ©, nous avons largement prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© la Balagne. En revanche, de belles balades/randos Ă  faire dans l'arriĂšre-pays oĂč la foule est inexistante au mois d'aoĂ»t..

TrÚs beau et bon séjour à Saint Florent

Jolie petite maison typique du cap Corse propre et trÚs bien équipé. Les chambres et literie confortables, au calme tout en étant à 10 min à pied du centre-ville de Saint-Florent. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette superbe région. Je tiens à remercier tout particuliÚrement Auréli, par sa gentillesse et sont sens du service qui nous a accueillies. à recommander

Un super séjour dans un cadre charmant et trÚs typique

Nichée au milieu d'un petit hameau, la maison est parfaite pour tout faire à pied dans St Florent et est un trÚs bon point de départ pour sillonner du Cap Corse à Calvi. La maison est trÚs bien entretenue, trÚs bien décorée et bénéficie de tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances en famille. Une adresse à recommander .

Jolie maison propre et confortable. Belle situation dans Saint Florent, dommage que le chemin d’accĂšs soit peu entretenu ( le propriĂ©taire n’en est cependant pas responsable). Literie confortable. Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles Notwendige ist da. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zu Fuß ist man in kĂŒrzester Zeit im Ort. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war wohl in Englisch nicht möglich. Bei der Anreise wurden wir mit zusĂ€tzlichen Kosten fĂŒr HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche ĂŒberrascht. Nach etwas Suchen haben wir die Info dazu auch auf der InternetprĂ€senz gefunden. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und danken fĂŒr die freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette petite maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e.A proximitĂ© de St Florent!Proche du centre ville et en mĂȘme temps au calme!Le seul gros point noir pour nous c est la chaleur dans les chambres et Ă©galement le salon de jardin qui n est pas super confortable dehors (table et chaises en plastique).Mais le reste de l’immobilier est tout Ă  fait parfait !

Cette ancienne maison de ville restauree avec beaucoup de goût est trÚs tres agréable. Le jardin, la piscine, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Saint-Florent et de la plage tout en étant trÚs au calme. L'accueil est trÚs sympathique et merci beaucoup à Aurélia et aux propriétaires souhaitant toujours nous satisfaire. Je recommande vivement nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances.
