South House With Pool And Lake View

South house can be reached along the Gardesana Road and is located a few metres from the beach and about 700 metres from the centre of Torri del Benaco with its restaurants and bars, which can be reached on foot through the lakeside walk.



The apartment is located on the second floor within a property consisting of several apartments with a shared swimming pool. There is an elevator inside the building.



DAY AREA

Upon entering the apartment, you will find the living room overlooking the large balcony with a table to enjoy the splendid view of Lake Garda.

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas hob, oven and microwave.

A large dining table completes the dining area and a sofa allows you to comfortably watch the flat-screen satellite TV.



BEDROOMS

The first bedroom consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables with table lamps, inside the room there is a bathroom with a shower.

The other bedroom consists of two single beds, an antique wardrobe with a mirror, two bedside tables and an armchair and also has a bathroom with a shower. The second large terrace is accessible from this room and from the external relaxation areafrom the sunbeds you can enjoy the view of the beach and the lake.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

A washing machine is located in the common garage area.

EXTERIOR AND SWIMMING POOL

On the property, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool with other apartments, equipped with a solarium area with sunbeds available to all guests. The pool is open all year round and is not heated.

You will also find a gas BBQ at your disposal.



From the walk along the lake, you can reach the centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaliger Castle in about 10 minutes.



A few metres from the apartment, there is a bus stop and from Torri del Benaco you can take the ferry that will take you to the west bank of Lake Gardathat will allow you to take a tour of the various locations around the lake.



You can also reach Malcesine, about 20 km away, and take an excursion on Monte Baldo with its rotating cable carvisit the Valpolicella wineriesthe Bardolino and Lugana area.

Nearby there are also sailing, windsurfing and kite schools to experience the exciting life of the Lake.

Verona is about 45 km away and Venice about 160 km.

The apartment was a perfect place for our family of four, loved having a private pool just for the three apartments. The rooms were well equipped and great to have private bathrooms, everything we needed was in the kitchen, a 10-15 mins walk along the lake to the beautiful village of Torri. Highly recommended

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und doch hat man genug Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich und die Ausstattung in der Wohnung war gut. Die Kommunikation mit Domus Rental war stets einfach und es wurden all unsere Fragen ziemlich zügig beantwortet und bei einer Lösungsfindung geholfen. In der Wohnung selber wären, vor allem im Bad, mehr Ablageflächen schön. Die Klimaanlage im Ess-, Küchenbereich könnte etwas besser kühlen.

Tolle Wohnung für 4 Personen, alles gut organisiert, sauber, viel Platz. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist super für Auto und Fahrräder. Schöner und sauberer Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein.

Gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass in der Woche wenigstens einmal die Handtücher ausgetauscht würden. Außerdem würden wir uns für alle Personen eine Daunendecke mit Bettwäsche dazu. Wenn die Klimaanlage läuft, friert man nur mit dem Leinentuch. Ansonsten fühlen wir uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung.

Kein Sonnenschutz

Leider war der Sonnenschutz aud den Balkonen gar nicht oder nur mangelhaft. Ein kleiner Sonnenschirm für diesen großen Balkon. Somit konnten wir den Balkon nur am späten Abend bzw. am Morgen nutzen. Aus diesem Grund werden wir nicht wieder kommen.

Eine wunderbare Gegend mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Mantua, Verona...was für wunderbare Städtc. South Appartment war (zum dritten male) der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge Aller Art. Das Appartment selbst ist umfassend ausgestattet und hat zwei große Terassen mit schönem weiten Blick über den See. Hat uns (Wieder) Alles sehr gut gefallen. Tanti Auguri e Grazie!

Kurzurlaub im Herbst mit Hund

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, genau wie beschrieben. Kontakt mit der Agentur war immer schnell und gut. Die Sanitäreneinrichtungen sehr neu und sehr gepflegt, ebenso Küche und Wohnzimmer. Alles top sauber. Für unsere beiden Hunden war die Wohnung ebenfalls ideal und die Lage am See optimal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We've just got back from a wonderful week at this lovely apartment. You have stunning lake views, lovely terrace and shared pool all within a 20 second walk of the pebble beach and 10 minutes into the centre of Torri. What more could you ask for!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Unterkunft

Die Lage direkt am See ist perfekt. Der Blick beim Frühstück auf den See und die Berge traumhaft! Torri del Benaco ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit guten Lokalen und zu Fuß von der Wohnung gut zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt vor der Tür. Alles zusammen nur zu empfehlen!

excellent Location . Furnishings and contents below expectation

Location very convenient for centre of Torri del benaco with excellent views of lake and mountains beyond. Furnishings unsatisfactory for 4 people sharing. Only 2 standard mugs in crockery cupboard, a 2 seater settee only cushioned furniture in flat, NO small saucepans, no microwave , easy balcony loungers featured in web site were all broken preventing use unless propped up by wall. Hot water was not available at 6.30 am on day of leaving. Swimming pool was fine but not as warm as the Lake!! An explanation of the lighting system in flat block would have been most helpful 2 extra mugs were provided and 2 saucepans after 48 hours.

Hi John and thanks for your visit and thanks for your very appreciated review though I have stated some inaccuracies. For example, the microwave is placed close to the stove as it is also clearly visible from the kitchen pictures. The sofa for space issues is only for two people . Our daughter brought the extra mugs shortly after your request even if there were others in the kitchen copboard - you yourself said that you want more because you did not want to wash them ( with dishmachine) every time after use. The pool is declared as not heated and it is quite normal that in mid-September the water of the lake is warmer than that of the pool ..... We did not check the deck chairs before your arrival but no one warned us that they were useless. However, in the pool area there are more than 10 sun loungers available. If informed, we would have a substitute for them. We apologize for the shower problem on the morning of departure. We did not notice it though we live on the ground floor Regards Luca

Die Unterkunft ist gut mit 4 Personen bewohnbar. Fußläufig ist das Ortszentrum von Torri erreichbar (ca. 10 Minuten). Die Umgebung ist lebhaft aber nicht störend.
