About this property

You can enjoy our fully renovated apartment. The layout has been designed to be as pleasant as possible and we hope you will feel comfortable.

An ideal location at 10/15 min walking distance from shops, restaurants, port, 20 min from the town centre, 8 min from the nature base (large free beach) ...

You can park your car in the large private courtyard or in front of the property (private place) and not take it back during your stay.

The accommodation :
The accommodation (35 m2) is fully furnished, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher...) and a living room with bed BZ 160, TV, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 plus a mezzanine bed 90 for a total of 5 beds and a spacious bathroom with washing machine, large shower and toilet.

It is very bright and cool despite the heat (thanks to its thick walls).

Also at your disposal, two clothes hangers, large parasol, barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture...

The 20 m² south-facing terrace, bathed in light and protected by blinds, is perfect for sunny breakfasts or optimum tanning sessions.

The 75 m² north-facing courtyard is ideal for meals in the shade. Entirely fenced in, it will welcome the youngest guests in complete safety.

A secure shed in the courtyard will allow you to leave your beach equipment outside in complete peace of mind.

The accommodation as well as the outside are at the disposal of our guests and accessible at any time thanks to a key box.
