About this property

Gîte 4 persons; Autour d'un Puits

A quiet place and typical house with nice garden, 100m from the church, heart of the village. Perfect for family with children. 5 minutes to the Golf de La Prée, 15 min to Ré Island bridge and to La Rochelle down town; 20 min to walk to the sea (oysters/mussels Port de la Pelle, Baie de l'Aiguillon).
You will discover the charming seashore as well as enjoy a cozy house and lovely garden.
Fully equiped kitchen.
We have a cat (very sweet) who like staying in the garden.
We will give you advice for nice walks or visits, and also for the best fish and seafood restaurants.
Several maps will be available to you.
Shops and medical services in the village.
Bus services to La Rochelle and free car parking less than 100m from home.
You will safely leave bicycles, strollers, golf clubs or whatever in the our garage.
English spoken, Hablamos espanol.

Lovely stay in Charente-Maritime

We spent a memorable week at Autour d'un Puits in Marsilly. The location is excellent, close to La Rochelle, the charming villages and gorgeous beaches of the Ile de Ré, the Marais Poitevin and more. The gîte is exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room for four and enjoyed cooking several nights during our stay to save money and relax. Philippe and his wife were friendly and helpful throughout. I'd stay there again.

Le gîte est très calme, très agréable, donne sur un jardin entièrement clos et plein de charme.Le village est calme, avec de nombreux commerces, bien situé entre le marais poitevin et l’île de Ré.Corine et Philippe sont accueillants et toujours prêts à dépanner.

On avait passé une semaine merveilleuse et magnifique chez Corinne et Philippe. Le jardin et la maison étaient parfait pour nous, pour se reposer et on a bien profité de tout. Corinne et Philippe sont très gentils et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise!

Escapade en région rochelaise

Vacances bookées au dernier moment, 3 jours en Charente. Petite dépendance refaite a neuf dans une maison sympathique, jardin fermé idéal pour les petits. Village très calme, supermarché restos et bar tabac à 5 min à pieds. Nécessité de prendre la voiture pour aller a La Rochelle (compter 20 minutes). Philippe et Corine sont d’une grande gentillesse et nous ont accueilli à bras ouverts! Idéal pour une famille de 4 avec des enfants.

Accueil parfait

L'accueil de Corine et Philippe est parfait. On se sent directement comme chez soi. Le logement donne sur un jardin commun, calme et ombragé, parfait pour les enfants et les repas. Le gîte est proche de la mer, bien situé pour visiter la région (La Rochelle, l'île de Ré, les marais Poitevins, ...).

Excellent séjour dans un gite agréable.

Gite bien équipé avec jardin clos ou se pavane un chat très gentil, le tout dans un petit bourg avec commerces, proche de La Rochelle . Propriétaires charmants.
