About this property

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This unit is only ½ block to the beach and a short walk to destinations such as Dead Freddies Island Grill, The Longboard Café, Bad Monkey OC and miniature golf courses just to name a few.

This 2-bedroom 2 bath unit shows like a model home. It has high-end finishes that include plush furniture, flat screen TV’s in every room, DVD player and wireless internet. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances along with granite counter tops and is ready for all of your culinary creations. The deck is perfect for relaxing in the evening and enjoying the warm breezes off the ocean.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 1st floor; however, it is not ground level and requires steps. There is no elevator.
* Two covered parking spots are provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 62nd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Nice place but could use a little TLC

The place is nice but could use a thorough cleaning. Surfaces are sticky and baseboards all need real cleaning. Paint. Condo was not broom clean when we arrived. For the cost, typically cable tv is provided, but was not. Also bedrooms could use blackout curtains because building lights shine in. This could be a very nice vacation place with just a little TLC.

Perfect location, it was 2 buildings away from beach! Very nice accommodations except the furniture and bedding could use an update. Overall i would definitely go back!

Summer Vacation

The Condo was very clean and updated. My family enjoyed the location to the beach and shops. We were able to leave the car parked and walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. Will definitely be staying here again!
