PERFECT for 7-9 people to sleep in beds depending on body sizes, please check "rooms and spaces" tab for bed sizes.
This is the 2nd floor of just a 2 unit only building

Rents Sundays-Thursdays/Thursdays-Sundays or Sundays-Sundays/Thursdays-Thursdays.
State of Maryland adds 6% sales tax.
Worcester County adds 5% occupancy/resort tax.
NO PARKING FEES! NO WAITING IN LINES!

Completely renovated (and only 2 units) condo, all the way down to the wall studs, new paint, floors, appliances, beds, hardwood floors, flat screen TVs in every room, new and big bathrooms and all new furniture too. Front balcony for this 2nd floor condo has ocean views and is covered. Back balcony is open with a view of private yard and where our FREE private parking is located right behind the house for 2 cars depending on size. Table on back balcony for dining "al fresco".
Extra cars can park FREE too because we are on a free; no parking meter street.
Steps to the beach, you don't have to cross any streets we are already located oceanBLOCK 😎.

Super easy walking distance to popular foodie faves too. Park your car and not have to get in it again. Bus stop nearby, easy walk. Bus runs 24/7 every 5-10 minutes, cost is just $4, must be cash and you can get on and off as many times as you would like to within the same 24 hours just keep the little ticket the driver can give you when you depart. Such a deal!

This is our second year staying at this property and we've loved it both years. We plan on returning next year, and I am returning for another week this August! The property is roomy, clean, well-stocked and close to the beach. The host is very responsive and easy to contact. It's a beautiful property and perfect for a beach vacation.

Marci was wonderful. I had to book this at the last minute. She reached out to me to find out when I would arrive, made arrangements to have someone bring me towels and linens and went through the house rules for me since I hadn’t had a chance due to the late booking. She was so kind and I appreciated all her communication. The place was very clean and comfortable…and I know this is a silly thing to comment on, but the water pressure was great. That’s important to me because it’s hard to clean sand out of your hair with no water pressure . From the front porch you could see the ocean and the bay. Also the beach was enjoyable, as it was so much less crowded than the beach at the boardwalk. I would definitely book with her again.

Great beach access

Great place to stay with quick beach access. The stay is on the second floor, so if there is anyone in your group that has problems with stairs, recommend searching for something in a lower level.

I am confused, the listing is posted as being on the 2nd floor right in the headline??? We own both floors; you could have easily chosen the 1st. Older people do enjoy the 1st however the 2nd floor that you chose is wonderful too with fabulous views from our long front porch and etc., private off street parking, brand new everything, big and huge space, just steps to the beach because we are on an ocean block street already. I soooo wish people would simply read especially when it's posted right in the headline! I try and my reviews represent that I do so! 😎

I enjoyed the home. It was a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed ourselves and also a good custard stand across the street. Bowling alley on 72nd street and so much more to do. Marcy was terrific a true gem. We will be back next August

Great Stay!

The property was in a great location! The street is quiet and the beach was not over crowded. Less than a 1 minute walk to the beach. The house is up to date, well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. The private parking is a huge plus. Great stay!

Week of July 4th 2025

Marcy was great and very attentive. The property was clean and perfect for us. We loved the convenience of the property to the beach and basically being right in the middle of Ocean City. Bus stops were close by going both north and south. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Ocean City.

This place was wonderful

The owner was amazing, she extremely easy to contact, and very cordial and down to earth (I knew that from the first message months earlier). The place was so relaxing and the location is right off the beach yet close to so many restaurants. Our stay was outstanding to say the least. Wonderful beach condo

A very convenient, cozy condo, super close to the beach. We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of space. Very clean and newly renovated. The owner, Marcy, was friendly, attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location!

While there were a lot of "house rules" the property is very clean and nice! So close to the beach, which was awesome with little ones. Dunkin' and other restaurants are a short walk away. Don't miss out!

Loved it!

The unit we stayed in was great! We were able to comfortably accommodate our two children and a pair of grandparents, and the kitchen was terrific. We would love to come back next year!
