This spacious home in Tan-Tar-A Estates sleeps 16 guests and perfect for everyone to spread out and relax!

The Main Floor has the livingroom, Kitchen and half bath.
Bedroom 1- 2 Queen beds with private full bathroom. (Tub/shower combo)
Bedroom 2- 2 Queen beds with private full bathroom. (Walk in shower, Oversized bathtub.) Private attached balcony with sitting area attached.

Lower Level Bedroom 3- 2 Queen Beds with full bathroom. (Tub/ shower combo)

Bedroom 4- 2 Queen Beds with full bathroom. (Tub/ shower combo)

Patio/Deck There is a screened in patio off the livingroom. (No smoking) There is a private deck off both lower level bedrooms

We supply a ''starter'' kit of supplies for the home. It includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and hand soap, dishwasher pods, linens for each bed, towel set for each bathroom. You will need to bring extra supplies and beach towels for the pool. Towels in the homes are not to be taken to the pools.

2 Community Pools - Cedar Glen Pool located on Moongate Drive - This pool is geared towards families. It is newly renovated in 2016 and has a wet deck for small children. - Estates Pool located on Walkers Cay - This pool is geared towards adults. It was renovated in 2017 and has bench seating around the edge of the pool, with one swim lane.

All amenities at the Resort are open to the public, except the 2 pools (Indoor and Tradewinds) and fitness center. However, none of the amenities are included with the cost of your stay as a Hotel guest or Estates guest. Below are the amenities at the resort that are available for an additional cost. Please contact the Resort for pricing and more information.

Family Christmas

Our family has stayed at this property twice now for our family Christmas. The house has been amazing both times we have stayed. The owner's were fast to respond to any questions we had. There was plenty of room for our family with my kids and grandkids. We will definitely be back.

Great Space for Friends’ Trip!

We chose this property because of the number of bedrooms( 4) with 2 Queens in each bedroom. At this time in life, everyone wants their own bed! A couple people even had their own room. Older home than we usually rent, but the space was perfect! Love the spacious porches too.

The best way to describe this property is lost in the 80's. Nothing, repeat ,nothing has been renewed. White formica counter-tops, old stainless steel sink, original plumbing, etc. Original carpet, borderline nasty. Big rotting hole in the roof. Old furniture. Moss growing on front entryway. Property manager was great, she just didn't have much to work with. Disappointed for our annual family vacation.

We had 16 total guests, and wanted to find somewhere convenient. This spot was excellent. 8 Queen beds and 4 bathrooms. Great covered patio and deck. A lot of space in the bedrooms and overall a spot I would recommend.
