Well located in front of the fishing port of Roses, very well maintained. 2 steps from everything. Easy access to the promenade, the fishing and sports port. AIR CONDITIONING.
35m2 for 4 people: 2 x 90 beds + 2 x 90 sofa beds. 10m2 terrace.

Payment of 40% at the time of booking.
Payment of the rest, in cash and / or by credit card on the day of arrival.
Tourist tax: Each tenant must pay a tourist fee of € 0.90 per day and per person (maximum 7 days) except those under 16 years.

appartement très bien situé. A rajouter des ustensiles de cuisine surtout couteaux à viande.. Et une multiprise pour brancher le micro onde et grille pain!!
