Great place to stay- quiet neighbors and the house was well-stocked with amenities. It was very clean with a spacious kitching and dining area as well as a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend staying here!

The kitchen was stocked with all the basics, it was great to have so many bathrooms and we were so happy to have parking. Street side parking is very limited in the area.

Good property. Keep in mind that it’s in the hood - you’ll hear chickens, dogs, and homeless people arguing. But inside, the house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Thank you to the host!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and spacious, kitchen well equipped, with Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom with plenty if towels and body wash, shampoo, conditioner all supplied. House was quiet. Communication with host was very prompt! Thank you.

This home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for 8 of us. Kitchen was great, not alot of pans or utensils but we always bring ours cause my son has celiac. Beautiful home and comfy. Close to downtown, easy access to SAP Center. We would definitely stay again.

The house is very comfortable and the amenities typical. Our entire stay was uncomplicated and things were easy to find. The house is close to a lot of places in San Jose and surrounding area.

This was the perfect place for us to rent for what we went to San Jose for. Quick car ride to all 3 of the event. 3 minute walk away there is a safeway, mcdonalds and walgreens. If we come back to San Jose, we will be staying at this place again.Owner was geeat to deal with and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful hosts!

Linda and Kevin were very gracious with me especially during a hard time like quarantine. They were accessible, attentive and felt that they cared which is so important. Very clean, newly renovated wonderful stay!

Great Team House

This was a great place for the work team from out of town to stay during our local conference. There was ample space for hanging out and working, and also good sized rooms for privacy. Having 1 bathroom per person was great!

After a technical glitch with getting the check in details, we enjoyed our stay here. It was a central location to the places and people we were there to see. A short drive to grocery stores and other shopping. The gate in front of the property helped us feel safe and secure. Hosts are very responsive to renters and helped us have a great trip. Three of the bedrooms on the main floor and one suite upstairs gave us ample room to spread out.
