Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the house EXCLUDING locked storage doors. Please be extremely careful in the garage and backyard as there may be heavy tools in storage.

The property is in a quiet residential area. The neighboring families have young children and are sensitive with noise. If you're looking for a place to party, book elsewhere. Neighbors will call the authorities and shut the party down along with our business.

• We have a strict no party / loud music rule. There is a minimum fine of $500 per complaint.
• Outdoor quiet hours start at 10pm and run until 7am.
• No gathering outside in the front of the house during quiet hours.
• No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected.
• No shoes inside the property. Please place your shoes on the shoe rack indoors or by the front door to keep the house clean for your and future guests' stays. Indoor slippers are provided.
• Check-in time is 4PM-12am (fees apply after 10pm)
• No extra / overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation).
• No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged ahead of time)
• No pets
• We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken
