Other than all the stairs, it was great! 😊

Family Vacation

We really enjoy our stay, We loved the fact that we could leave the beach chairs/ pool toys in the garage and not have to bring them back in the room… We did have 2 vehicles there and wasn’t aware that it only came with one parking pass until we got our check in information and had to $60 for the 2nd parking pass, I feel this needs to be online when making the reservation

Great Beach Vacation

Perfect location for a family vacation. The townhouse was so close to the beach, it made it easy to walk and carry all of our bags, chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. We loved the garage with water hose for cleaning off our beach chairs every day! This was one of my favorite beach vacations and we are already planning another trip! The property manager quickly responded to any questions by text with great customer service.

Excellent property

This property was fabulous- a hidden gem! Some of the things we loved about this property: carport directly under and private entrance made everything so easy, literally steps to the pool and beach, beautifully decorated, kitchen very well equipped, washer and dryer were excellent. Going to the beach was a breeze and so close. Pool was great and never too crowded, even when there were double red flags at the beach. We walked to dinner every night and didn't have to fight parking at restaurants. Our one complaint would be the king bed- you couldn't sit or roll over without it making loud noises or feeling like it would break in two.

They have thought of everything you will need to enjoy your stay and there is a hook or shelf in all of the right places. The easy access to the beach and parking right under your condo can’t be beat. We look forward to our vacation to Gulfside every year and would definitely book #11 again on a future stay.

It had everything we needed and was in a great location. It was close to some really great restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was well maintained and someone came out to service it every day. The staff checked on us to see if we had everything we needed and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely be coming back.

A view of the beach from every room accept bathrooms was a bonus! Construction was being done on some of the other units but it was not bothersome to us. Exterior was not a good indicator of how special everything actually was.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m losing count of how many years we’ve stayed in GST 11! I think this was year 15? Same week every year! I love the improvements that have been made recently. The whole complex is a treasure that I hope stays FOREVER! The only negatives were the dead electrical outlets in the bathrooms and other spots and the slow drains in the bathtubs, but I’m confident those issues will be resolved quickly or work-arounds suggested. Sunset Properties was great!!

Would stay again!

The location of this condo is perfect! It’s on the beach close enough to walk back and forth for needs so you don’t need to haul everything to your beach spot. This also sits directly next to the pool area so you can sit on either deck and still not feel too far away from your group. There’s a hose at the condo to wash your feet and beach belongings - super convenient! The master is very spacious and the second bedroom, although not as spacious, has a ton of sleeping space with the triple bunk and queen size bed. There is plenty of closet space to store items and several hangers throughout the upstairs spaces to dry suits and towels. Very well thought out! The kitchen is very small (two adults max in the space) but it has anything needed to cook through the week. We had 8 adult(ish) in our group and we were all able to hang out together in the living room and dining area. The living room has a pullout couch which is also another awesome sleeping space. I was impressed overall with the space and how easily 8 adults coexisted in this condo for a week. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future!
