Small, cosy but dirty

It is about 5-7 min drive to next pist.The apartment was not clean. For two adults( and one small child), the area should be ok. But too small for more than two adults and one small child. Bedroom and kitchen/table are at the same place. The table is a folded table mounted on the wall. Alike the bed.

Merco pour votre retour. Au sujet de la propreté je vais me rapprocher de la femme de ménage. Vous êtes malheureusement la 2ème personnes pour qui cela ne va pas. Je vais faire le nécessaire dès maintenant. L'appartement n'est pas prévu pour plus de 3 personnes car petit. Bonne continuation.

Pratique et proche des pistes

Nous sommes venus pour skier 3 jours. Navette de ski à 200m, accès aux pistes en voiture à 5min. Logement parfait à 2, un peu serré à 4 mais faisable. Communication avec le propriétaire parfaite

Séjour agréable en montagne

Nous avons tenté le studio pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 ados) mais c'était vraiment trop juste , replier la table pour déplier les couchages + le lit d'appoint tous les jours, c'est du sport avec toutes nos affaires au milieu. Il manque quelques équipements essentiels dans le logement mais la concierge nous a dit qu'elle s'occupait de faire remonter le tout à la propriétaire (concierge et proprio très agréable néanmoins), le chauffage de la piscine ne fonctionnait plus d'où l'eau bien fraîche (mais propre) et nous n'avons pas eu accès au tennis car il fallait une carte pour réserver, carte qui n'était pas dans la location Par contre nous n'avons jamais manqué d'eau chaude pour les douches (c'est à signaler car ce n'est pas le cas partout!) et les parties communes ainsi que le local poubelles étaient nickel. Parking très facile. Heureusement temps superbe et magnifiques balades autour de St Gervais!
