This charming 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condominium’s coastal colors create a peaceful retreat with easy access to the beautiful beach. Located on the 2nd floor of Phoenix III, the unit sleeps four.

Outside of needing a little better cleaning the condo was great.

Outstanding accessibility to beach and swimming pool. Easy to get in and out. Located close to just about anything you should need.

Great stay and facility! Just an uncomfortable bed and leaky shower head/faucet

We had a wonderful stay. The only things that weren't great was that the bed was not very comfortable. We also had a leaky shower head and faucet. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The smell was horrible!!

The smell alone was enough to only get a 1 star rating. It's hard to even describe what it smelled like. They should be ashamed to charge what they do for that place. The shower knobs was broken so sometimes hot water was impossible. I'm so glad it was a short stay and that family members had another condo a short distance away so we didn't have to be there much. The checkin was easy and the attendants was nice. Best thing I can say about the place.

Sub Par condo

The property was very dated and the kitchen counter, which is formica is loose. The refrigerator froze milk and fruit stored in it. Bed was not comfortable and it made noise when you got in and out of it. Property needs to be upgraded to deserve the rental price. Not worth the price!

Beach Ready

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. The condo was amazing with a wonderful view. We had a couple of minor problems; 1. No ice in the refrigerator or available in the unit 3. No ice trays in refrigerator. 2. Tv in the living area would not pick up a signal. Reported it to front desk and they assured me someone would fix it but no one ever showed.
