I just received a message from owner about upcoming work on balconies being preformed. I've been told the dates it will affect are OCT 12- DEC 12, 2026. Although it isn't directly affecting our condo because we are in the 02 stack (10th floor, 2nd room, unit 1002) they noise and disturbance will still be around us. During the workday, the pool WILL BE CLOSED. However, at the end of each workday, it will be reopened for the afternoon/evening around 3pm. Pool will be open on weekends. Also, please understand that this could be changed or adjusted as the project progresses.
*03 Stack: Owners in the 03 stack have been notified to move all balcony furniture inside before October 12.
*01, 02 & 04 Stacks: Please advise your guests that they should NOT be outside on the balconies while work is being completed during the day.
Work Hours: Work hours should be between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. However, you may see crews onsite before or after those times.
Work Sequence: Work will begin on the 13th floor and move downward

Welcome to our GULF FRONT beach condo! Located on the 10th floor in Tradewinds with a desired open concept floor plan. You will fall in love with the amazing view! This is a 1 bedroom/2 bath unit. We have a fully equipped kitchen that will meet all your cooking needs. Come relax on the balcony and enjoy a little slice of paradise!!

Tradewinds is one of the most desired condo destinations in the Orange Beach area. It is a family oriented, low density complex (w/ only 110 total units in the complex) that is located directly on the sugar white sands of The Gulf. Besides the fantastic location, guests can enjoy features like easy access to the beach (that is only steps from the elevator and pool) and swimming in the seasonally heated indoor and outdoor pool. The beautifully landscaped grounds include a BBQ area that is available for all guests and we provide all grilling utensils and platters. Bathrooms and showers are located in the pool area. The overall complex is clean and very well maintained.

Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property

Check In Details
You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.
Parking passes are $30 each (max 2 vehicles). You will purchase from the security office onsite between the hours of 11:00am-11:00pm.

Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, we encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.
