Experience the vacation of a lifetime at Seacrest Beach Resort. This is a family oriented community, with palm tree-lined paved roads, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and just a short drive to Seaside, Grayton state park and Panama City Beach Airport. The award winning quartz sandy beaches of the emerald coast are second to none and the 12000 sq ft lagoon pool, with waterfalls and fountains, is spectacular.
SeaLily is located at the front of the resort. It has the perfect location, being opposite the pool and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. There is also a free tram service if you need assistance with all that beach "stuff" .
Located on Seacrest Beach Blvd West, you can enjoy watching the world go by on the front deck, or head to the top deck and admire the gulf views. It has 3 masters, which is ideal for multiple families. It is very spacious, comprising of over 3800 square feet. There is a total of 3 decks and an outdoor kitchen courtyard, complete with furniture. So plenty of options for everyone. SeaLily has been professionally decorated, with comfort and convenience in mind. The furniture is high end, mattress are top quality, Sterns and Foster for the kings and Sealy for the remainder. The decks are "decked out" with multiple seating options for every one to enjoy.
The first floor is open and spacious. The dining area has a large table, seating 10-12 guests, with additional eating at the counter. The kitchen is fully equipped, along with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. The living area has roomy sofas and armchairs for everyone to gather in comfort. There is a bedroom with a king bed, which has its own private bathroom, double vanity with shower. A separate powder room completes this level.
The second floor has the grand master, with king bed, a desk area, and a spacious bathroom. There is a twin over twin bunk bedroom within this master. You have private access to the deck from this room. There is an additional open sitting area with a sofa sleeper and down the hall is the kids bunk room , which has 2 sets of bunks (queen over queen) and a sofa. A full bath and laundry room is just off this hallway. On the other side is the queen master, which has 2 queen beds and ensuite.
Finally on the third level we have another master bedroom, with king bed and oversized ensuite. There is a wet bar area, with full size refrigerator in the hallway, and this leads on the enormous deck. There are multiple seating areas to accommodate large family gatherings and enjoy views of Seacrest and the water.
There are several beach chairs, floaties, toys and beach towels provided for your convenience. Please note the beach is very busy during peak seasons.
High chair, baby gate, and 1 pack n play provided, guests will need to bring their own sheets and bedding.

AMENITY WRISTBANDS – Upon check in please contact security (850-830-1657) to obtain wristbands and parking passes. Every person aged 13 years and older will need a wristband for access to the pool, tram, and beach access use.
LAGOON POOL RULES:
Swim at Own Risk There are no lifeguards on duty.
Children, 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by a person at least 18 years of age while in the pool area.
Pool Hours –9am – 9:45pm. Unauthorized persons found inside the pool area outside of operating hours may have their pool privileges revoked and may be prosecuted for trespassing.
No Smoking in the pool area.
Food and Drinks may not be carried IN the pool or along the pool walls. Breakable objects, such as glass, are not permitted in the pool area.
Intoxicated persons are not allowed in the pool areas and may be subject to prosecution by the Walton County Sheriff’s Dept.
Throwing Objects – For safety of all guests, throwing any objects in the pool at any time is prohibited.
No pets (except seeing-eye or certified assisted dogs) are permitted in the pool area.
Flotation Devices – Flotation Devices including tubes greater than 42” in diameter and rafts larger than 30” x 80” are prohibited.
Horseplay – Running, pushing, wrestling, dunking, standing, or sitting on another’s shoulders is prohibited. No screaming, profanity, or other boisterous behavior.
Babies under 4 years of age are required to wear swim diapers at all times when in the pool. When there is a fecal accident in the pool, the pool must be closed for 24 hrs. State law requires this EVERY time. We provide complimentary swim diapers in all bathrooms, please use them!
Adult Swim – The last 15minutes of every hour is Adult Swim only. Children 12 and younger must exit the pool during Adult Swim.
Outdoor PORTABLE GRILLS are prohibited. Fixed charcoal, gas, and electric grills are allowed, but must be placed over a fireproof surface and not in common areas, sidewalks, or parking spaces.
PETS must be leashed. Pets must not be a nuisance to other guests (aggressive, loud barking, etc) and owners must pick up and remove dog waste immediately. Pets are not allowed in pool area or the Amphitheater.
BOATS, TRAILERS, RVs, and Related Equipment, vehicles over 24 ft in length are prohibited. Do not park in reserved spaces, on private property, fire lanes or any location that blocks a driveway, streets or entrances to pool, walking trail, or other areas not designated as parking areas.
GARBAGE must be placed inside a garbage can. No open garbage or multiple garbage bags will be taken to the street. Garbage days are Tuesday and Friday. Our maintenance staff will pull the cans and return them after being emptied.
FIREWORKS – Only devices approved and listed by the State Fire Marshall which emit a shower of sparks upon burning, do not contain any explosive compounds, do not detonate or explode, are hand held or ground based, cannot propel themselves through the air, and contain no more than 100 grams of the chemical compound that produces sparks upon burning are allowed. Any device that is not included in this list above is prohibited.
QUIET HOURS – Excessive noise or violation of the Walton County Noise Ordinance between 10pm and 7am is prohibited. No trespassing on private property.
CURFEW – Collectively, the 30A communities have a curfew of 10 pm for any unaccompanied person under the age of 18. This curfew will be enforced during Spring Break and as needed throughout the year. An emergency curfew of 8 pm may be enacted should the need arise.
OUTDOOR AREAS visible from the street and common areas must be clear of bicycles, grills, toys, and miscellaneous unsightly items. Beach towels may not be draped over outdoor railings.
TRAM The Seacrest Tram runs 9am – 5:45pm every day from March to October transporting guests from tram stops to and from the beach and pool.
Please call (850) 259-6005 when you are at your designated tram stop. Drivers reserve the right to revoke riding privileges should riders not adhere to community rules.
SEACREST BEACH AND SUNSET BEACH:
Seacrest Guests can walk or ride the Tram to the beach drop-off point. Everyone must stay on the sidewalk and access the beach around right side of Building “B”. Restroom access is in front of Building “B” .
Wristbands must be worn to gain access to the beach.
No wheeled traffic is allowed, including rolling coolers, bicycles, wagons, skates, golf carts, skateboards, and scooters. Strollers are allowed to carry a child

Everything must be removed from the beach daily.
No access to the Sunset pool
No personal jet skis, sailboats, kayaks, etc. are allowed on the beach except through the exclusive beach vendor.
NO TENTS or canopies are allowed on the beach.
Use sidewalks only – STAY OFF DUNES – They are protected by Florida law. Fines up to $10,000.00
