This beautiful, contemporary home is nestled on its own private, quiet corner in the Seacrest Beach subdivision with its windows facing the beautiful seashores.There are restaurants, shopping and a town green with nightly music for you to enjoy on the Seacrest Village Circle.

The subdivision is bordered by Rosemary Beach on the east and on the west by Alys Beach. All of these are walkable, bikeable wonderful destinations for dining, shopping, or just enjoying the beautiful architecture and communities.

The walking and bike paths in front of the subdivision are steps from our front door. It's one of the most scenic rides, walks or runs you can imagine...through many beach communities, passing lots of interesting sights. It is a great way to tour the scenic stretch of 30A.

Don't miss wonderful walks through the neighborhood or along 30A on perfectly peaceful nights as you take in the moon or the sound of the waves.

A short scenic 15 minute drive west on hwy 30A places you in the magical Seaside Village which offers lots of dining, local art, entertainment, shopping opportunities and food trucks. We are just 15 minutes west of the exciting, entertaining and beautiful 'Pier Park' in Panama City Beach.
