Fun in the Sun -Marco Home on the Water with a Heated Pool

This beautiful waterfront home is perfect for your next vacation in paradise. With three bedrooms, three baths, a full laundry room, and heated pool you’ll never want to leave. With its southern exposure the pool is under the sun all day, perfect for all those who love to bask in the sun. There is an open floor plan around the pool as well as a full bath in the pool area. The screened in lanai has a sunbathing area with lounge chairs, as well as a shaded sitting area, and a dining area by the water with a propane grill.

Manatee frequent this canal that has direct access to the Marco River. Many species of fish can be caught right off the dock with the fishing poles provided, and there is a cleaning station located on the dock. You also have the option of bringing your own boat or renting one and mooring it at your own personal dock.

All of the bedrooms have televisions and the living room has a large flat screen TV with a DVD/VCR player. Wireless Internet works throughout the house and pool area. Bicycles are available for your use as are beach chairs, beach towels, and pool/beach toys.

Marco Island is six miles long and four miles wide, with over 50 locally owned and operated restaurants. There a movie theater, shopping and beautiful white sand beaches only minutes away. Day trips to the everglades are really fun as is a boat trip on the Key West Express right from the Marco Marina. Sunset dinner cruises are also enjoyable.

Packing is easy; all you need is a bathing suit, suntan lotion, and a good book .

This property was in a great location. The heated pool and being on the canal was a plus! We did lots of fishing, saw manatees and dolphins everyday. Dawn was extremely helpful and answered all our questions immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Paradise

Great place to stay with friends and family over the holidays. Owner's were very responsive and welcoming. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, and watching the manatee ,dolphins and birds in the canal.A great spot to do a little fishing, reading and relaxing on the cozy patio. The home was well appointed, comportable, clean and spacious. Bikes and beach gear where perfect for trips to the beautiful white sandy beaches. Very peaceful, we had a wonderful time .

Great Stay!

Great location. Fantastic outside space with pool and canal access. Hosts were quick to respond with any issues. Well equipped kitchen and lots of bath and pool towels. Kitchen has been updated and great open kitchen, living, dining area. Comfortable beds. Some furniture starting to show signs of wear and tear and bathrooms clean but dated. Overall great place to stay!

Great location and place to stay!

First the hosts were great to deal with. They were quick with responses to questions and helped with anything we needed. The house was in a great location! Kids had a blast with the pool and property. Had plenty to do fishing right out back off the dock and the back patio area was great! Had all the beach equipment already at the house which made it that much easier. Couldn’t have had an easier stay and hosts! Would highly recommend!

Fun in the Sun at this Family Friendly Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this property! The owners were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They have equipped the home with just about everything you could need while on your beach vacation - beach towels, beach necessities, bikes, pool toys, games, and so much more! The kitchen is beautiful and stocked full of everything you will need. We saw manatees, dolphins and stingrays down in the canal. The pool area is such a special part of this home! We spent most of our time outside enjoying this area. We also loved the open concept layout of this home where you get a full panoramic view of the pool and canal. The newer washer and dryer were also super nice to have and we were thankful to be able to do our laundry in the home.

Had a great relaxing vacation at this property. They had everything you need while your there. Some days we went to the beach and some days we hung around the pool. I tried to find something that was missing from this rental that would make it better but they had everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

Great place to stay on Marco. Really enjoyed the open concept of the house and the pool area. We rented a boat for a few days and it was easy to dock and get out to the main water. Dawn and Bill were very responsive with any questions!

Perfect Location on Marco Island, just a few minutes to get off the island to Naples. Plenty of dining choices also. The owner was great to work with, very responsive to our requests.

Perfect house for our family of 5!

Dawn and Bill provide all the comforts of home for their renters. They are so responsive to questions. Their home is exactly as it's pictured. We loved to have the pool to cool off in and the kids really liked to fish off the dock. They even have bikes available that we took for a stroll around the neighborhood. The home is close to everything, which is nice. If you're looking to rent in Marco Island, definitely consider this home. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful!

This house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. We spent an evening biking around the island on their bikes which was so lovely. The kids absolutely loved the basketball hoop in the pool, and the mornings on the patio were picturesque. We were grateful for the comfy couches and cable tv because we had to watch our beloved Milwaukee Bucks during the NBA championships. Check in was smooth, and the hosts were quick to reply and very helpful and nice. Can’t say enough good things about it, we were sad to leave.

Two Couples Marco Vacation

My wife and another couple picked this location to spend a week away from work and everything else. The house was very well taken care of and in good shape as the pictures indicated. Dawn and her husband came by on our request to answer a few questions and they are very nice people who gave us some great recommendations. Will definitely look them up when we decide to come down again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very accessible and accommodating. They left a bunch of little items to make staying easy. We loved having a pool and it was cozy. If I have to say one critique the light switches are confusing and not intuitive....we figured it out. Overall it was perfect for our family vacation. 😊 thank you!!!

The property was just what we expected. Plenty of room, kitchen was well equipped, pool was great.

Would definitely stay there again. Location of property was very convenient to highway access and Publix was less than a mile from property. Dawn responded to every question within minutes of calling and/or texting. Great experience!

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Marco Island for family vacations for the last fifteen years as my parents own a home there. We visit Marco Island when school is out, on Holidays and summer breaks. We all love it there and have such happy family memories. We have been looking for the last five years to buy a home and found this home last April.

What makes this property unique

We love be around the pool, it is fun to sun, swim and eat outside. Even on a rainy day we can sit under the covered lanai and enjoy the fresh air We live in the north and do not get to be outside a good portion of the year, so this is very enjoyable to us. We also love to go bike riding and spend days at the beach. There are so many nice restaurant close by which we enjoy frequenting. Even when we have to work on the computer, we have wireless internet and can sit out by the pool. From the porch we also enjoy watching the fish dolphins and manatee that frequent our canal.
