Semi-detached house with two bedrooms, and stay with sofa bed. It has two bathrooms, patio and large garden terrace and lawn overlooking the sea.
Located between Fuengirola and Mijas Costa (Málaga). Frontal to the sea, located next to a lighthouse, with bars, restaurant and supermarket less than 100 meters that opens until Sunday.
Glazed railing to appreciate the sea in all its dimension. Direct views of the sea from the terrace, the living room and bedrooms. Walking to the beach there are about 300 meters, on the right track. The beach is sandy with a poolside snack bar, lifeguard house, shower and bathrooms. Qualified with the Q of quality by the European Union.
On clear days you can see the coast of Africa. Gibraltar and Sierra Nevada. It is not strange at sunrise or sunset to see dolphins.
It has a communal pool 25 meters from the house and community parking at the same door without problems to park. WIFI, With capacity for 5 people. In case of 6 check prices.
It has: flat tv, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, large fridge, iron, large terrace with dining table outside, barbecue, large entrance patio, sunbeds for sunbathing. For being the first year of rent with reduced price.

Very welcoming owner. Villa equipped with everything we needed. We forgot to mention when booking that we'd be travelling with a baby. When we asked Francisco if he had a highchair he was very accommodating and provided high chair and a travel cot as well.

What a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea, a large terrace with plenty of space. Nothing was missing in the house. Everything worked perfectly. Our super nice landlord was always available and kept us well informed about activities. Thank you very much

Pleasant stay in a nice neighborhood

We were in quite a hurry to find somewhere to stay and initially contacted the landlord about another of his properties that as it turned out had been rented the same morning, however Fransisco offered us this place as an alternative. It is a nice little house in fairly modern decor with a full set of appliances situated with a fantastic panoramic view of the Mediterranean. It was close to a beach, and also had a pool right outside the door if you are concerned about ocean currants. There were a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. In our opinion one of the few setbacks was the noise from the highway right below as it was always heard even with all windows and doors closed. Overall though we had a very pleasant stay in this house and the landlord was very nice, approachable and helpful.

We were met by Francisco the owner who showed us around the bungalow and local area. He is on hand for any problems (which there were none but it gives you confidence) He clearly takes a great deal of pride in his properties. The terrace looks over the sea although there is a road between you and the sea because of the property's elevated position you can't really see it and the noise is not intrusive. It is quite private bordered on both sides by a large hedge so you can feel free to sunbathe without being overlooked! The property was very clean and well supplied with all the expected, washing machine, dishwasher coffee filter, wifi (free) tv We like walking so didn't hire a car about 30 minute walk to Fuengirola. A small supermarket is about 200 yards away along with a bar/cafe and a restaurant alongside. Numerous beach bars etc close by. We enjoyed our stay here and would have no hesitation in retuning

Hat alles hin gehauen was versprochen wurde. Es war sehr sauber. Die Geräte von Klimaanlage bis Grill haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit ansprechbar uns äusserst hilfsbereit. Rundum eine gelungene Unterbringung unserer Familie.

Limpieza, orden, amabilidad, camas confortables, toallas y sábanas más que suficiente. Lo que se en las fotografías es lo que te encuentras al llegar a la villa, incluso mejor. El propietario muy amable y nos dio todo tipo de indicaciones donde ir. Bar, restaurante y playa a solo 3 minutos andando. Merece la pena de volver y lo volveremos a hacer.

Unas vacaciones para volver a repetir

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable, la comodidad, la limpieza de la casa y sobre todo las magnificas vistas al mar desde su gran terraza van a ser difícil de olvidar. La casa es tal y como muestran las fotos, incluso diría que mejor porque en las fotos no se aprecia la amplitud del salón que es de agradecer. Todo quedaba muy cerca y a la playa andando se iba en un momento. Con supermercado y un restaurante a 100 metros de la casa, con buenos precios y mejor atención del personal. En cuanto al propietario, una persona muy amable y simpática que nos atendió en todo momento y resolvió todas nuestras dudas. Desde aquí darle las gracias. Volveremos.

Nice house but noisy road

We enjoyed our stay at the house - though we were bothered by the noise from the road below. Also there were quite far to the nearest supermarket and the restaurants very close by were not super good. But if you are just going to spend most of your time by the house and the pool I think the place is fine

Dear Friends I am glad that you have enjoyed your stay at the house and your long and quiet hours in the pool where you have spent most of the time alone, sunbathing and playing with your baby. The area is very nice and quiet to spend a vacation to relax and have fun. In the same urbanization, it currently has 4 restaurants with very cheap prices and healthy food. Two less than 125 meters from the house, one specializing in Spanish food, the other specializing in English food, another located on the beach, specializing in meat, fresh fish and paellas and another serving pizza pizzas and homemade meals next to a small supermarket. Best equiped property we have stayed at

We were met by Francisco, a very pleasant and helpful guy, despite arriving over 3 hours after our original ETA due to flight delays and extended hire card pick up. (Dont use Goldcar, but that is another story!) and given instructions on how to use everything along with a good guide of the property and the surrounding area and facilities. The property has everything you need for your stay and is the best equipped that we have stayed at. The bed was very comfortable. The patio overlooks the sea and has the sun from 07:00 to 17:00hrs and there is a cool breeze off the sea. If you Google Earth the site DO NOT be put off by the proximity of the road in front of the property. Any noise that emanates soon fades to a gentle hum which we found surprisingly soothing and at night cannot be heard at all from within the building. Over all a very relaxing week and to be highly recommended. We will be back.

This is the second time I have stayed at one of Francisco's properties and can totally recommend them. The Villa was exceptionally clean, modern and well looked after with the most fabulous views. Super entspannter Urlaub- un très beau séjour

Eine sehr schöne saubere Wohnung genau wie in der Beschreibung. Allerdings haben die Geräusche der Autobahnen uns ein wenig gestört. Fantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Francisco ist super nett, hilfsbereit und sehr zuverlässig. Die Kaution wurde bereits am Abreisetag zurück überwiesen. Un très bel appartement, propre correspondant aux descriptions de l´annonce. Néanmoins le bruit des autoroutes nous a dérangé pendant le séjour. Une vue sensationnelle sur la mer. Francisco est très sympathique et fiable. La caution a été remboursée le jour même du retour.

Bonito Chalet con preciosas vistas al mar / Schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer

Estuvimos 11 dias en Septiembre en esta preciosa casa, esta perfectisima equipada con todo lo que hace falta, aparcamiento directo detras de la casa. Para quien no quiera bajar a la playa hay muy cerca una piscina bien cuidada. El administrador de la inmobilaria Francisco muy amable y atento en cada momento. Inmejorable el lugar para hacer excursiones y conocer la region por ej. Malaga, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, en especial aconsejo hacer un paseo en Fuengirola con el Barco de los delfines... Volveremos fijo cuando estemos por esta zona :-) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wir waren im September für 11 Tage in diesen sehr schönen Ferianhaus, dieses ist sehr gut Ausgestattet mit all dem nötigen Sachen wo man braucht. Reservierter Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus, wer nicht zum Strand runterlaufen will hat in der Nähe einen gepflegten Schwimmbecken. Der Verwalter des Hauses Francisco war sehr freundlich und betreute uns sehr gut und gab uns Tips usw. Die Örtligkeit perfekt um diverse Ausflüge in die Region zu machen, zum Bsp. Malaga, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, besonders empfehlenswert in Fuengirola die Tour mit del Delfin Boot. Sollten wir wieder in dieser Gegend sein werden wir sicher hierher zurückkommen :-)

Zeer mooi en net huis met prachtig zeezicht!

We zijn hier met onze twee kinderen 2 weken geweest en alles was top geregeld. Uitstekende communicatie (Engels) met Francisco. Hij heeft ons bij aankomst hartelijk verwelkomd. Goede Wi-Fi, goede voorzieningen. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. De zonsopkomst en zonsondergangen zijn prachtig vanaf het terras. We hebben zelfs een keer dolfijnen gezien. Ook is er heel veel moois te bezichtigen op korte rij-afstanden. In een woord "fantastisch".

Belle maison

Maison d une propreté irréprochable. Propriétaire très sympathique. Possibilité de prendre le soleil toute la journée. Jolie piscine collective très propre et assez peu fréquentée donc assez agréable. Cependant il faut signaler que cet idéal est entaché par une autoroute tres fréquentée située entre les maisons et la mer et qui passe juste en dessous des maisons. Résultat: bruit continu jour et nuit , pollution certainement. Les plages facilement accessibles ne sont pas très belles et l' eau assez froide. Si ces deux inconvénients que je trouve majeurs( surtout l autoroute) ne dérangent pas, alors on peut parler d une bonne location. Et nous aussi nous avons eu le plaisir de voir les dauphins a quelques centaines de mètres au large depuis l appartement.
