Blue Aruba Rentals now has the approved “Aruba Health & Happiness Code”, a stringent cleaning and hygiene certification program that offers a safe environment for employees and guests across the island. This unit is cleaned with new cleaning procedures, based on the Department of Public Health of Aruba and WHO guidelines. These new guidelines elevate the existing cleaning protocols to new norms for all areas including disinfecting public spaces, housekeeping guidelines, and more. Visitors can expect such measures as plexiglass barriers at desks, keyless smarts locks & contactless check-in, thorough disinfecting rooms, and more. A relaxing place for your getaway in paradise. This modern, luxurious penthouse is located on the 8th floor of the Indigo Tower at Blue Residences with a stunning ocean view. Great for large family reunions.
The air-conditioned Three Bedroom Penthouse has two levels with spectacular ocean views. Upper level featuring a full equipped kitchen and dining room, full bathroom with shower and nice terrace with jacuzzi. Lower level featuring three bedrooms with their private bathroom. The master bedroom has one King bed and its own balcony. The second bedroom with one Queen-size bed and the third with two full beds. Washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi and TV’s in all rooms. Maximum 8 guests.

Nearby you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, water sports, casinos, ATM, food market and golf at Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole championship golf course or at the striking and conveniently located Divi's 9-hole course.

Family of 5 stayed here over Easter! The location is perfect being centrally located-walking distance to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach! Pools and property were absolutely amazing! Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the unit could use some cosmetic updates and there were lots of tiny ants in the kitchen area/counter tops. From what I understand the ants are common and when I reached out the next day they dropped off some spray that we could use. I thought this was owned by a person as her name was listed as the host but i believe there is an owner to this property and she uses Blue Aruba as her middle man. My only other complaint is that I sent some messages prior to our visit in hopes that the owner would reply back but she never did and it took a while for Blue to respond back. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we hope to visit this beautiful island in the future and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location and property

We had a wonderful time. The condo had a lot of space. Staff was very friendly. Hot tub on the balcony was a plus, especially after sundown. Was able to make use of the kitchen.

Wonderful place and staff

Everything from checking in to checking out was awesome, what a fantastic location and great place to stay. The concierge at the front desk was once of the most accommodating, sweetest and helpful people we’ve had at any hotel stay. She was a lawyer prior to this job and just would do anything to make sure our stay was fantastic. She made our stay comfortable.

Great place with wonderful views

This place has it all! Great location and wonderful views. Away from the hustle of the main areas so quiet but definitely walkable or quick drive to either of the two main beaches. Great pool and hot tub out front of the buildings that was never crowded. The place was big enough for our group to have their own space. Always felt safe walking around the island. We rented a vehicle and we're all over the island and always felt safe. Staff was attentive to any issue that came up.

Perfect Paradise

Our stay was fabulous! Loved the window walls, the great views and the hot tub on the balcony. Everyone was so nice, the pool was clean and both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach were within walking distance. Everyone had their own room and we were able to eat in when we wanted to, so better than all inclusive in our opinion. Would have loved to have some snorkeling equipment available in the unit. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us!

Weather was beautiful everyday and gorgeous sunsets from our room everyday . Everything we needed was in the condo. A little work is needed like the opening of the door onto the balcony is extremely difficult to open, bedroom shade did not go up or down in the middle bedroom. I loved the games and books left for us to use. When we did call needing assistance , help was provided right away .

Beautiful vacation!

The accuracy of listing was everything it said! The views are absolutely amazing and it was perfect for our family of 8. The location of the property was right near Eagle Beach and a short drive (or long walk) to great restaurants and night life in Noord. The only negative was the communication in which several messages to the association seemed to not be answered in a timely fashion or not at all. As well, some things could have been communicated to us before the trip, such as one of the pools not working or machines being delivered. However, I will say that when we received communication it was courteous and polite. We would stay at this location again, as overall even with some communication issues, (which could be just island life ) the place was gorgeous and family had a great time.

Beautiful view

The property is a great location. The condo itself needs to be painted and cleaned better between each use. The property managers are very helpful. We had problems with dryer working and sent someone to help fix right away, but the dryer was broke. Which was disappointing when you are a family of five and go through a lot bath and beach towels.

Great property, some fixes needed

The unit is beautiful; very spacious, lots of natural light with modern decor. I especially loved the outdoor space, however, one of the sliding doors was extremely hard to open, the other unable to open entirely. This made it challenging to get in and back from the outdoor terrace difficult. One other minor suggestion would be to add full length mirrors. Check in process was rather simple but could benefit from a more secure luggage storage and a notification system as we found ourselves often walking in to check in on the status of the unit

Amazing! Simply amazing.

Such an amazing place! Perfect location, perfect views, perfect property. Check in was easy, they even let us in a little early. Access to 3 pools made it nice when families with young kids came, we could just slide over to the other pool for a more peaceful experience. Loved the views every morning, having coffee watching the sea. Close proximity to the grocery store made provisioning a breeze, as well as the restaurant near the main pool for midday shrimp tacos was great! We felt safe with the guard shack checking us in and out, and having 2 assigned parking spots made parking a no-brainer. Beds were comfortable, as was the outdoor furniture. Full length shades helped us sleep in. Oh, and don’t forget the hot tub! Really, really didn’t want to leave, and can’t wait to come back! Do yourself and your family a favor, and book this place!

Wish we could have stayed longer

Perfect property for a quiet family getaway. The penthouse was well maintained, beautifully decorated and within a short walk or drive to everything. The staff was very friendly and kind. Ursula in particular went out of her way to make us feel at home. Even giving us coffee for the next morning because we forgot to pick it up. The pool area and grounds were well manicured. There is a nearby restaurant (infinity) that serves poolside drinks and food. There’s a little beach right across the property and Eagle beach and Palm beach are within walking distance. The apartment has three bedrooms and four bathrooms making it a perfect home away from home for a small to medium size family. The hot tub on the balcony was the icing on the cake though, and we spent many evenings and mornings in it enjoying the view with a few drinks. Wish we could have stayed longer and Will certainly return. Highly recommended!

Great location! A few maintenance/communication issues.

The condo was a very nice place. Highlights included comfy beds, clean bathrooms, kitchen with ample cooking utensils, and prime location. Unfortunately, we had some maintenance issues during our stay. The sliding glass door out to the balcony was nearly impossible to open and the hot tub leaked excessively. Upon arrival, the hot tub was half full, which we filled. A few hours later, it was back to half empty. Water leaked into the cover, as well as the balcony, and property management ignored our request to fix it. We eventually got through to someone who looked at it (3 different visits) and gave it a temporary fix. It was disappointing to not have the ability to use it for half our stay, especially for the hefty price tag for this unit. Other than that, we were content with the place. I would recommend this area of Aruba, but not necessarily this building/unit.
