Welcome to Paradise! INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL - HOT TUB - GREAT WATER VIEW!

This COZY Cottage has a NEW ELECTRIC FIREPLACE. This Spacious, 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. Located in Lake of the Ozark - Village of Four Seasons on the 12 mile marker. Complex has an outdoor and indoor pools with hot tub. This unit has an awesome view of the main channel! You can lay in bed and watch the boats go by!

Boat ramp available next to the building. Boat slips available for an additional $25/day
No trailer parking permitted on complex, but there are multiple locations for parking close by.

Boat rentals are right next door.

The master bedroom has a NEW King bed with Cable/TV, second bedroom has a NEW Queen bed with TV/Cable. We also have a Queen size sofa bed in the livingroom for those extra guests! Free WiFi!

Kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar that seats 6 people. You will find all that you need to cook in and take advantage of the new gas grill on the balcony.
All linens and bath towels are provided. You may just want to bring your pool towels.
Condo has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Place was very clean and had what was needed for stay. Host was very helpful when questions arose. Security guard was helpful when there was confusion regarding entrance to the pool area. Hot tub was of nice size but water was almost too hot to be able to sit in. Grounds where kept cleans.

The Wonderful Lake Ozark

This is an excelent place to stay. It's better for younger guests due to its third floor location, but this 62 year old had no problem with it. View of the lake was great. Would recommend it do anyone.

Quiet, Clean, Cozy Stay

My husband and I like to rent a condo during the holiday/winter season. Southwood Shores is a perfect location; providing easy access to Horseshoe Bend, an indoor pool and hot tub, a welcoming, cozy environment and is very reasonably priced (less expensive than a hotel during the winter). The condo was updated and well decorated, very clean, very close proximity to the indoor pool & hottub and we would definitely stay there again.

Great Lake Stay

We loved this property. It's a great size, and we loved the large patio. There is also access to an indoor and outdoor pool. It's very hilly, so be prepared to walk up and down hills. It's a third-floor unit, so there are lots of stairs. Overall, it's a super cute place with lots of space for 4 people. I highly recommend this property!
