Lovely house with a good location

Pleasant, clean, spacious and practical house with all the attibutes. It was nice that all beds were already made upon arrival. In addition we got some welcome presents for the kids. The owner is easily approachable. On walking distance from the beach. Great location for exploring the "Somme Valley". Sometimes it was somewhat difficult to find nearby a free parking space.We had a fantastic stay !

fantastic base for exploring this coast

this is a very good holiday rental that is ideal for large families or groups to stay together. The house is 15 minutes walk from the beach and only five minutes walk from the supermarket. There are plenty of rooms and the host has supplied a very good range of cooking equipment, crockery et cetera . There is free parking outside the property but as it is so close to town, it is a lottery to get a space. Just be aware that bedlinen is an extra €10 per room on top of the quoted price. I would recommend this house to friends and I would stay there again.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft für große Gruppe oder Familie

Das Haus bietet viel Platz, hat einen tollen Altbaucharme und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist gutausgestattet und der Essbereich bietet Gelegenheit für ein gemütliches Beisammensein. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls.Der Host ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Klare Empfehlung!

Beau séjour

Belle semaine à Berck sur mer. On peut tout faire à pied si l’on veut rester une semaine sur place. Le stationnement est tout de même compliqué du fait des voitures ventouses un peu partout dans la rue et alentour. L’électroménager et la literie sont fonctionnels mais vieillissants.

Bonsoir monsieur, je déplore la panne du séche linge lors de votre séjour . Voici les dates de l electroménager : Frigidaire janvier 2018, lave linge mars 2024, four janvier 2018, aspirateur dyson octobre 2023 , lave vaiselle juillet 2023 . La literie sera entierement changée début 2025. Cordialement

Charmant séjour familial pdt la semaine de Toussaint. Jolie grande maison bien équipée (surtout ds la cuisine, salle à manger). Petit salon par rapport au nombre de chambres. Pas assez de places pour asseoir tout le monde au salon. Chaque chambre a un bureau, ce qui est pratique. Maison bien située à Berck, à distance à pieds, de tout. Excellente boulangerie dans la rue. Arnaud le propriétaire, charmant et réactif. Je recommande cette location :)

Très bon séjour en famille

Week-end de 4 jours en famille à Berck et ses environs. La maison est très bien placée, tres agréable et très bien équipée pour les familles. Nous n avons pas vu.notre hôte mais il est très disponible avant, pendant et même après séjour ( nous avons oublié un vêtement et il nous l a renvoyé par la poste), belle attention à notre arrivée et des recommandations pour notte séjour. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre week-end avec en plus le soleil.

Maison très agréable pour un séjour en famille

Echanges très fluides et simples avec Arnaud concernant l'arrivée et le départ. La maison est très spacieuse, très bien équipée. La pièce de vie principale permet de partager de bons repas en famille (cuisine fonctionnelle). Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables aussi.

Une vraie chouette bulle

Ce séjour a été parfait. La maison est grande, intelligement agencée, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très aimable et serviable, un chouette endroit pour des séjours de grande famille proche des commerces et de l'esplanade.

Noël en famille merveilleux

La maison d’Arnaud est magnifique et idéalement placée. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Arrivée et départ très facile. Arnaud est un hôte serviable, arrangeant, attentionné et chaleureux. N’hésitez pas à traverser la rue également les commerçants de bières et vins sont adorables.
