Antlers (D-4) is a cute condo that sleeps six with 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove top range, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Antlers is a pet friendly condo.

The wood burning fireplace in the living room adds to the Ruidoso experience as well as the deck with grill and outdoor seating for those cool evenings to relax and enjoy cooking, taking in the night sky, or to enjoy your morning coffee and the amazing view of the mountains.

Antlers is conveniently located minutes from downtown Ruidoso shopping, 15 minutes from the casino, and 18 miles from Ski Apache. Several golf courses are in the area that are open to the public, and we are minutes from family fun activities, such as, swimming, go karts and putt putt golf.

Check in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m.

No water

Nice location and easy check in but hot water in the bathroom did not worked. Called multiple times to have it fixed and no one would return my call. Had to leave a day early to come home so my kids could take a shower. I’m a camper so missing shower or two doesn’t hurt me, but when you’re paying for a service and can’t get the basics that you pay for, is pretty frustrating.

Not so clean

Bathroom with tub and shower was moldy on the walls. The shower track was dirty with bugs in it. The curtain rods were bent and kept falling down in the master bedroom. Couldn't get the gas grill to turn on - it was very difficult and I thought it could be dangerous if anything were to break while turning it on. There wasn't a screen on the left master bedroom window so you couldn't leave it open at night to cool off the room. The right master bedroom window wouldn't open. The recliner in the living room fell backwards with my brother in law sitting in it. It's dangerous and unstable. The pots and pans are so old everything sticks in them. Overall not a great stay to say the least.

Cool Air

I did find out right before stay that it had stairs. Was not impressed that the kitchen was up stairs. We had to take all food upstairs and everyone had to go upstairs to be together. I would have liked it much better to have living area down stairs but I guess they had it for the views. Conda needs updated old and no AC just fans for down stairs. Loved location.

Weekend get away!

Place was nice, BUT the carpet was stained so it looked dirty. The entry had tile meeting with carpet that was worn out and the nails were not covered so when my grandson walked bare foot he stepped on the nails. We could not get internet service so the Netflix availability along with other options could not be accessed. Their DVD player was good, but the remote would not work and had to wait until the movie would start on itself. The patio light was not working when we tried to enjoy the view in the evening. The BBQ grill lid had a prong missing on one side of the lid so we didn’t want to use it being afraid to break it more. The recliners were very delicate where if you leaned back it would fall all the way to the floor.
