Georgian Apartment in the heart of Edinburgh's Newtown.

Located in the very heart of Edinburgh's Newtown just the shortest of strolls to George and Princes Street. Bright and spacious Georgian apartment with high ceilings and five bedrooms four of which are en-suite. Situated on the third and fourth floor of a Queen St Newtown building circa 1776 (ish). Please note whilst we do have lots of character we do not have lift access, so do bear this in mind if concerned about the climb.

The property sits next to No19Apartment and these can be reserved together.

We loved our stay at the loft in Edinburgh. The central location made exploring this beautiful city seamless, and the loft was warm, inviting and spacious. Stephen and Belinda were warm and responsive hosts. We would absolutely stay with them again on our next trip to Edinburgh!

Nine of us stayed here for Fringe and had a wonderful stay. Decor is fun and the layout is great: every couple had a bathroom, and the lounge was perfect for hanging out. Except for one slightly loud door downstairs, very little sound carries between the rooms. The showers were great (I hate bad water pressure). Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. The location is about 20 minutes walk from the castle; also super easy to catch a bus around the corner. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but loads of restaurants and coffee shops and multiple venues nearby. Hosts were really helpful and gracious and quick to respond. Our friends said the house made the trip.

This property is just steps away from the city center. There are amazing shops and restaurants that you can visit within walking distance of your stay. The place itself has a lot of charm and plenty of space for 12 people to stay. It’s clean and comfortable. You will have to mind the steps. You will climb quite a few to get up to the loft. Once in the loft, a majority of bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. You can handle it. My 76 year old parents did.

Fantastic Stay!

The flat was fantastic for a large group! It’s central location made it so easy to get to the main sites of Edinburgh with so many great restaurant and bars in the immediate vicinity. The flat itself was spacious and clean and working with the owners was brilliant - they are great people and wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay there again!
