Above all, we go out of our way to really pamper our guests with our glorious morning breakfasts, which is a tribute to your good taste. We absolutely guarantee that you will love this dining experience.
Our guests are also popular with our incredible organic shade-grown coffee and homemade bread, which is available to you free of charge day or night.

Hacienda La Esperanza, in cooperation with Paramedics For Children International, a nonprofit organization, is the only Hacienda B&B in all of Honduras or perhaps in the world whose sole reason for being is to bring aid to the Indigenous Mayan Chorti Indians of Honduras and all of Central American
They do this by running a medical clinic for the poor and a local school supply outreach program based in Copan Ruinas.
100% of all room rental revenues go to support Paramedics For Children, who leases the Hacienda year-round and runs both a volunteer and tourist program that funds their projects.

Perfection
Hacienda La Esperanza is an absolute gem! The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable, the breakfasts are wonderful, and the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts, Roger, Suyapa and Dani, unbeatable. We had a problem with our car in the middle of nowhere at night in the poring rain. Roger arranged for someone to go rescue us and tow and fix the car the following day. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay here and highly recommend it.

The hacienda was spectacular, reminiscing of something out of a movie. They have plenty of beds for a large group such as ours. There are plenty of bathrooms so you don't need to rush as someone may be waiting to use it. Our hostess, Dani, speaks perfect English and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were handled. They have air conditioned private rooms that sleeps 2 and 3 for the older members of the group. The 12 bunk beds on the second floor of the main building is ideal for the young adults of the group. They can congregate and be as loud as they want as late as they want. There is a large TV so the group can bond over a movie or review photos and videos of the trip. The hacienda is a short walk to town and the ruins. You can also take tuktuks to the local attractions such as zip lining and the macaw sanctuary. They can also help get tickets to the hot springs at Luna Jaguar. Breakfast is provided and they will have it available at the time you want. We had to leave early on the last day, and they made sure breakfast was ready. They even had to go boxes for those in our group who tend to be late getting ready. Wi-Fi is strong in the main building. We will be returning on future trips.
