GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION

Come and spend a pleasant stay by the sea in Dieppe, a seaside and tourist resort on the Alabaster Coast.
The house is located in the city center, on a quiet street, 2 minutes walk from the marina and 10 minutes from the beach.
Nearby you will find the marina and its restaurants, the large seafront and the beach, a spa and a swimming pool, the Casino, a mini-golf course, the cinema, the bars and its large Saturday market.

A children's park is located 2 minutes' walk from the house.

The ferry is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

THE HOUSE

Capacity: 6 people and 1 baby

The house is an atypical fisherman's house, it is furnished and organized on 3 levels with:

On the ground floor: _ main room with an equipped kitchen with a hob, extractor, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker and kettle . Also a high chair.

On the 1st level: _ living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, chest of drawers; bathroom with separate WC.

On the 2nd level: _ large bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a folding bed.

On the 3rd level: _ Bedroom with two single beds, two closets.

Duvets and pillows are provided, however sheets and linens are not.

Great Location, tricky stairs

Everything about this property is lovely. A well equipped kitchen, pleasant environs and lovely living spaces. It's worth noting the staircase is very narrow and steep. We managed with our 3 month old just fine, but we holiday with other families that would have struggled with the stairs. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. We would happily recommend to others.

Es ist ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Die kleinen Zimmer sind über alle Etagen verteilt, die über eine enge steile Treppe erreichbar sind. Leider gibt es keinen Parkplatz. Ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz ist in der Nähe.
