Can’t get any closer to Animal Kingdom other than staying on Disney property. Spacious luxury town home perfect to relax at with a group or family after a day at the parks or any nearby Orlando activities.

Restaurant on property in clubhouse. Optional pool and gym access- right now there is a charge for pool use, we will try to cover partial cost depending on length of stay- if you would like to use the pool please contact us ahead of stay.

Any questions my wife or myself are usually available and will respond as quickly as possible. We have 4 little ones ourselves so we don’t sleep much anyway ;)

Uber is a short ride to any of the parks or nearby restaurants. Shuttles are sometimes available during peak season to the parks from the club house

The House is Continuously Disinfected through Air and Surface Cleaning Technology.

Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Nice, clean updated property

Super convenient to Disney in the off season. Not sure otherwise because there was quite a bit of traffic even then. Unit was great layout and super clean. Pillows were very flat, and there was only one trash bag and one laundrg and one dishwasher tab. I messaged owners and they promptly had more laundry and trash bags the next day. I just went and bought new dishwasher tabs as I'm sure it was just an oversight. Very pleased with the whole stay.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for a large group. It was a quick trip for us but the place worked perfectly.

Great spot and super clean. .

Excellent access point for Disney. We had 8 people and were very comfortable. The home is well appointed and super clean. I would stay here again for sure.
