Super maison, mais serait encore mieux avec la climatisation

TrĂšs belle maison avec une jolie piscine, le seul bĂ©mol et qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation dans la maison, donc pas top par grande chaleur (difficile de bien dormir).

Cette maison est trĂšs jolie et agrĂ©able Ă  vivre cependant les finitions sont plutĂŽt bĂąclĂ©es. Le rapport qualitĂ©-prix est un peu Ă©levĂ©. Le fonctionnement Ă©lectrique est compliquĂ© et improbable et la luminositĂ© Ă  la tombĂ©e de la nuit, est problĂ©matique. La maison est cependant bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et Ă©purĂ©e. Il n’y a pas d’effets personnels encombrants. La cuisine offre tout les accessoires utiles pendant les vacances. Les lits sont trĂšs confortables. La terrasse et la piscine vraiment sympas mĂȘme si la pompe est bruyante. La proximitĂ© avec le lac est agrĂ©able mais pas facile Ă  vĂ©lo. La mer est un peu loin

Belle villa situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© du lac de Biscarrosse dans un grand domaine autour du golf. Belles prestations si ce n’est la piscine non chauffĂ©e et peu ensoleillĂ©e en cette fin d’étĂ©. HĂŽte trĂšs accueillant et sympathique. Tout parfait pour un sĂ©jour rĂ©ussi Ă  l’ocĂ©an!

SĂ©jour sans fausse note dans cette jolie maison spacieuse et rĂ©cemment refaite, dont la propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable. Emplacement idĂ©al pour aller au lac ou Ă  l’ocĂ©an, nombreuses activitĂ©s dans les environs. TrĂšs bon contact avec le propriĂ©taire. Nous sommes trĂšs satisfaits !
