"Lake Life on Lake Arrowhead” is a beautiful lakefront home with views of the lake from almost every room! Our home is locatedat the end of a cul de sac in Lake Arrowhead, a private gated community.
It is the perfect home for several families!
We have two full kitchens; two laundry rooms; one beautiful living & dining room area; and a TV room/den on each of the three floors, each with a large Smart TV & cable. Four bedrooms have their own TVs; three with Smart TVs & cable, and one bedroom with a Smart TV only.
You enter our home on the top level, which is where the main kitchen is located. The kitchen has a large island overlooking the den and a screened-in deck with a swing bed. The top floor has another open deck right off the living room and primary bedroom. This deck has another dining table that seats four, a love seat, two chairs & a propane fire pit. The dining room has a beautiful large table that seats 8-10, with two dining chairs and two large benches.
The first of two primary bedrooms is located on the top floor, with a king-sized bed, gas fireplace, and a bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate shower, two sinks, and a water closet which includes a bidet.
The middle floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, pool table, wet bar, game/dining table, and probably the best den area in the house, with windows that are two stories high! The middle floor also has two large decks; one screened and one open, and each with a patio table that seats four. The first bedroom on this floor has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The bottom floor has a second full kitchen and a second primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bath. The primary bathroom has an amazing shower, double vanities, heated floors & heated towel bar. This bedroom has its own private patio area with beautiful views of the lake. The second bedroom on the bottom floor has two queen-sized beds, a full bath with heated floors, and french doors that lead to a patio.
We have a very large dock and a trampoline built over the water. We also have 5 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 2 Hydro-bikes, and a hammock overlooking the lake and mountains. Our back yard is flat, so it’s perfect for yard games. We have a Corn Hole game, badminton set, croquet set, and a fire pit area.
The Lake Arrowhead community has two swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, practice putting green, club house, incredible restaurant with amazing views, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, playground, hiking trails, etc. There is plenty to do in Lake Arrowhead!
Garland Mountain is about 15 minutes away, and has a great restaurant, great views, and a clay shooting course. The City of Canton is about 20 minutes from our home, and has some excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. Reformation Brewery is a fun bar with a huge outdoor TV perfect for watching The Braves, Falcons, etc. One of the best antique/crafts markets is located right beside the brewery, Cotton Mill Exchange. So be sure to stop in and find some treasures.
GUEST COUNT: Cherokee County Short-Term Rental Ordinance allows 16 overnight guests, of which 10 guests can be children & adults 11 years of age and older. Children 10 years of age and under do not count towards that number.
