Located a few kilometres from the beautiful medieval town of Loches, La Pinconnière is the ideal destination for your stays with family or friends, close to the Loire castles and the ZooParc de Beauval.

On the ground floor:
- a large living room with a play area (belote table), a lounge area in front of the wood fireplace (wood provided), a large breakfast table that can accommodate 12 people
- an independent equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
- TV with Orange and Canal Plus channels

On the ground floor
- 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90x190 (including 2 beds that can be joined into a double bed)
- 1 bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet

On the second floor:
- 3 bedrooms each with a 160x200 bed,
- 1 bathroom with bath, separate toilet
- 1 central room with TV screen (to connect a computer or camcorder)

Garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and an electric plancha are at your disposal in the garage for outdoor lunch facing the beautiful countryside of southern Touraine.

We provide you with a travel cot (without mattresses or sheets) and a high chair for your baby.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price, and beds are made on arrival.

Arrival times are from 4 pm to 7 pm; after 7 pm, arrival is autonomous. Check-out time is 10 am maximum, later on Sunday if possible (ask us on arrival).

Surrounded by fields, La Pinconnière is 46 km south of Tours, 8 km from Loches and 3 km from the village of Verneuil-sur-Indre.

In the village of Verneuil sur Indre, you will find a bakery open from Monday to Sunday (except Wednesday) and a charging station for electric vehicles. In Loches, all shops.
