It enjoys an exceptional setting with a panoramic view of the lake.
You have direct access to swim, fish or do various water activities.
At the bottom of the garden runs a river that will delight fishermen.
The sailing club is a few metres from our house and you can access it from the lake.

The house is 200m2, it was completely redone in 2015.
It is equipped with all the comforts.
The 25m2 kitchen is fully equipped and you also have various appliances at your disposal (Nespresso coffee maker, Magimix robot, waffler, mixer, etc.)

A large family table can easily accommodate all the guests.

The house has 5 bedrooms on the ground floor, two of which have private shower rooms and a bathroom for three bedrooms.

There are also two toilets

Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The large living room is equipped with a large TV on the wall and an integrated Cabasse sound system.

You also have a Bonzini table football at your disposal.

The whole opens onto a very large terrace with an aperitif area on one side and a large table on the other that can accommodate 12 people.

There is also a swing and another large table by the lake in the park for lunch in the shade of the poplar trees.

2 Weber BBQs available. A boat, a Ping Pong table.

Rental rate:
High Season (9/07-28/08) = 600€ per night or 4.200€ per week
Mid Season = 500€ per night
Low Season = 400€ per night
Cleaning fee (including bed linen and towels) = 300€
