Incredible sea view, 5 minute walk to beach, newly remodeled bathroom & terrace

A 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located within a spacious complex. Apartment is located on the 13th floor so incredible sea and Mountain views. Bathroom is newly remodeled and features a luxurious shower. Terrace has also been remodeled and has been updated with brand new furniture and a ceiling fan to enjoy relaxing meals while looking at the sea. Olympic size swimming pool (June 15-Sept 15), tennis courts, squash courts, playground for children and a lot of green space within the complex. Perfectly situated in the most sought-after area in Benicasim. Less than 5 minute walk to beach (with private and direct access) with restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the town (pueblo) area which has a lot of nightlife. *Please note there is no air conditioning, but there are fans and a nice breeze due to being on the 13th floor. There is no designated parking but there is parking in front of the building only for residents so parking is usually no problem.

Love the Terrace!

My husband Mark and I rented the Apartment in Benicassim for the month of May. Our favorite part of the property was the stunning view of the water. The location and the grounds of the property were very nice!

Great Location.

The apartment was very nice. Location close to beach and a ten minute walk to the village.Margo the manager was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Only drawback is the lack of taxis in early June.

Beautiful views and comfortable property

Could do with information re induction hob, where to put rubbish. Mugs and plates were chipped and stained. Margo the host is lovely and came round when I couldn’t get hob on. Double bed extremely comfortable. Balcony exceptional really big. I had dinner there looking at the views. I definitely will book again and recommend this apartment to friends. Almost next door to supermarket .only 320 steps to the fabulous prom. I recommend the Tower for drinks and a tasty meal.

The views from the apartment were good. The bathroom and the balcony had just been refurbished to a high standard. The host was as good as a tour guide with all the information about local events in the first week of our stay.

Awesome!

The views, the restaurants, the beaches and the location are absolutely incredible. The condo itself is very comfortable, with nice furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. No A/C but the breeze at night keeps it cool. It was awesome to stay on the 13th floor and get the amazing views of the sea and the mountains! There is no wifi, which is something to consider especially if you are traveling from outside Spain and don’t have an international phone plan. Would absolutely stay here again!

Die Kommunikation zur Anmietung der Wohnung und die folgende Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort funktionierten super,vielen Dank dafür an Margo und Lidon! Die starke Hitze hat uns etwas zugesetzt,da es ziemlich schwierig ist die Wohnung einigermaßen kühl zu halten, wenn es windstill ist.Die Dusche ist sehr klein,aber damit konnten wir uns arrangieren.Die Betten sind sehr bequem,es lässt sich gut darin schlafen.Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt! Erneut lieben Dank an Lidon,die uns während unseres Aufenthalts immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.
