Thanks for your review and please come back soon. Not sure why its a 3 star though.
Impressive view of the Smokies from the cabin porch. Home in good condition. Minor dating but extremely comfortable and my family loved the space. Cabins are close together but pretty quiet area. Definitely fit what we needed.
Our family enjoyed this cabin. It was clean and spacious. Our only complaint I the mattresses. They were incredibly uncomfortable and loud if you dared to move.

Responsive property manager, Location is good, view is amazing. Not so clean
View is amazing, very responsive property manager. It could have been clean, bed sheets are very old and not well maintained, needs replacement. Other than that everything is good with checking process and checkout.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the view and appreciated our responsiveness during your stay. However, we apologize for the issues you encountered with the cleanliness and the condition of the bed sheets. We take these concerns seriously and will ensure that the linens are replaced and that our cleaning standards are reviewed and improved. Your feedback helps us to enhance the guest experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an even better stay. Thank you again for your honest comments!
We enjoyed our stay (3 couples, each with their own room). Nicely equipped, but could have used a closet in each room! Washer and dryer was very nice! Home theater room was small but had a great picture and was perfect for game day!
Trees block what could have been outstanding views from main and bottom floor decks.
Overall…happy with the rooms and accommodations.
Cabin was comfortable and well-equipped. Had a problem with projector not turning on and emailed management but never received a response. Additionally, we couldn’t get the jacuzzi in the master bedroom to work. Other than that, the house was as shown and very cute. May need a few updates but nothing major. We enjoyed our stay!

Needs some work
We enjoyed our stay however the hot tub was very dirty but staff came to clean it in a timely manner . The biggest concern was loose railings in the stairs to the master suite and loose railings on the decks . We cautioned the one child we had with us so we did not have any problems but this is a safety issue for someone that may not notice until too late . Again we did enjoy our stay

Thank you so much we have gotten this fixed because of this review so thank you so much for letting us know
This cabin is very aptly named, with a stunning view of the mountains from the top and main floor decks. The location provides a short drive to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It is a quaint cabin with amenties to theoretically sleep 10-12, but realistically 5-7. It was clean with plenty of extra sheets and towels. The furnishings and decor are charming and tasteful. There is no closet space or means to hang clothes. The kitchen table can seat six with the leaf. It is impossible for more than one person to be cooking in the kitchen at a time due to the size of the table. The room with the pool table is too small for a pool table. A foosball table and maybe a dartboard would utilize the space better. The are around the cabin could use some attention (limbs were hanging over the trash bins and were encroaching on parking area). Parking is limited and can become crowded when other cabins are occupied. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Extremely Disappointed
Nothing was as expected for the money we paid! Place wasn’t clean and the railings were unsafe outside on main and lower level as there were missing poles. TVs didn’t work as well as the fireplace and not decorated for Xmas. No luggage trays in each room to put suitcases on so I had to crawl on the floor to get my clothes out for the day.

We appreciate your feedback about the Christmas decorations and luggage trays and will consider these improvements. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide a better experience in the future.
Sincerely,
Overall the stay was pleasant but it would be helpful if the address was viewable from the main road. We were also given the incorrect directions which caused a lot of confusion amongst all the guests. Customer service was somewhat helpful but we ended up finding the correct cabin on our own after a lot of searching. The cabin was very clean and was a short drive to all the major attractions. The major event that put a damper on our trip was a suspected crime at the cabin below us. We heard a couple arguing in the very early morning around 6 am. A lot of yelling, screaming and cursing until we heard the woman scream/shriek VERY loudly and then it went dead silent. Paramedics, police and a search crew were there within minutes. A man on some type of construction crane was lowered into the tree and rocky area below and was searching the area which lead us to believe only one thing. That left a bad vibe with us for the remainder of the trip but otherwise it was enjoyable.
This home was unavailable day of check in. Months of planning and looking forward to this to find out half an hour before check in we can't stay. My family of 6. The explanation from Bear Camp cabins was a safety inspector said it wasn't safe day of. We were given two other options( while on the road..I had to pull over to look at them online in the middle of nowhere with spotty service .. The homes offered were with less beds and much smaller ..and by now it's close to 5:00. We chose the one recommended bc of an "even better view". The home itself was beautiful, small but nice. We couldn't go outside bc the constant pounding of construction of two homes being built every single day. Right beside us. We were so disappointed and were told by office staff that they can't control construction. I feel like the effort should have been made to find us a similar property for us to
stay in since this wasn't our fault. Very disappointed.

Dear,
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. We understand the frustration and disappointment caused by the unavailability of the originally booked home on the day of your check-in. The safety inspector's decision was unexpected and beyond our control, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience it caused you and your family.
We acknowledge that the alternative options provided were not ideal, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the limited selection and the difficulties in reviewing them while on the road. We understand that the last-minute changes and the smaller size of the recommended home were not what you had originally planned for.
We also apologize for the construction noise that disrupted your stay. While we cannot control external construction activities, we understand the impact it had on your experience. We regret that our office staff's response may have come across as dismissive, as we always strive to address our guests' concerns to the best of our abilities.
Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to improve our processes and communication to prevent similar situations in the future. We genuinely apologize for the disappointment and frustration you encountered, as it was never our intention to let you down.
We truly appreciate your understanding and hope that despite these issues, there were moments of enjoyment during your stay in the beautiful home. If you decide to visit again in the future, we would be more than happy to make it up to you and provide a seamless and memorable experience.
Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences you faced, and we thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
Best regards,
Arrived on the 28th we noticed the we have no water in the unit. There is a paper on fridge with the property managment number so i called them no answer so i left a message. An hour later a Lady called back explaining that this is not an emergency so tomorow they going to send someone. Nobody showed up we used the jacuzzi water to be able to flush the toilets. Called them numerous times no one answers.
When we came back reached out to vrbo. I was told i should have call them during my stay. We dont know that... anyway they called bear cabin rentals prop management and put her on the line with me. Guess what the same lady i talked to on the 28th... long story short, shes telling me that they never received any complaint from us. And non of the numbers on their paper attached to the fridge is familiar to her. How come that i was able to talke to her on the 28th... regardless. Shes telling me now if i dont leave a review (an honest one) than she give us a voucher. Guess what... i rather let other people now what kind of place this is than take any vouchers. We have video footage that shows no water when i open the faucet and i would love to attach that video if you guys let me.
DO NOT EVER USE BEAR CABIN RENTALS!!

Thank you for your review it sounds like you were mad that there was no water but when you called VRBO you said you had water just no pressure which is why we told you that was not an emergency you never once said there was no water until now. You even said when you called VRBO that there was no pressure you did have water you didn't have pressure. We had a freak weather system move into the area that we haven't had here in 40 years. We had so many people in the area with no power or no water or no heat or all three. I am sorry the communication lines have gotten crossed with your stay I have checked all the call logs and I can't see where you called. Once again I am so sorry this storm affected your vacation.
The view was the best!! Located close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge. We had 6 people in our party. Each couple had their own floor and own balcony. The kids had the bottom floor which was great. It has it’s own media area and is the floor with the hot tub.

Thanks so much for your review and please come back.
The cabin is great, we stayed for a week without issue. getting to the cabin is a curvy road up a very steep hill. Parking at the cabin was tight for 2 cars. The furniture and everything in the cabin was great. The only thing that we needed was some additional silverware, and the dish washer left a bit to be desired. Very minor inconveniences for a cabin that has an amazing view, and a lot of room for a family with 6 people.

I will add more silverware.
The drive to the cabin was steep and very scary. It was difficult to get in and out of our parking spots. One of the cabins close to us had 6 vehicles which made it even more difficult to get in and out. The cabin was not as clean as I would have liked it to have been. There was food under the couch cushions. It was dusty and had cobwebs hanging. The decks needed to be swept. Someone had left Mylar balloons which were wrapped around the living room ceiling fan. We couldn’t use the fan due to the noise it made. The upstairs was extremely hot. The fan may have helped cool it down. We could not change the channel on the living room TV. The pool table was in a room that was too small to even play a game in. The button was stuck on the jacuzzi tub, so we could not use it. I spoke with management on Saturday and they did not come to address any of our issues before we checked out. Overall, we were disappointed that we spent over $1000 for 2 nights in this cabin. We expected much better location and accommodations for the amount of money we spent. On a positive note, we enjoyed quality family time with a beautiful view and the staff was very polite and friendly on the phone.

Thanks for the review, Sorry about your issues. They are mountain roads. Looking at the work order you checked in on Friday and did not report any issues till Sat. evening and we came out Sunday morning and took care of all issues. I have not report from cleaners or inspectors about balloons or striped circuits. Do we really deserve 2 stars?
Overall the property was good. The parking was a bit difficult as some other people were staying in the other surrounding cabins with multiple vehicles which made it hard to get into our cabin which was behind theirs. The room that houses the pool table is a bit small so half of the shots you take you don't have any room for the pool stick. The rocking chairs on the porches are in need of replacement. The little bench in the pool room has an end that's broken off. Outside of those few complaints everything else seems to be really nice about the cabin. The view is really great from the top balcony. The downstairs room is great for teenagers.
