Très belle petite location

Location conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipée et très propre, avec un mignon jardin.Placée sur une route qui doit être passante l'été. Pour nous, en hiver, où nous n'avons pas vécu dans le jardin ni fenêtres ouvertes ce n'etait pas un souci.

Petite maison très sympathique, très bien agencée et avec une déco très soignée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l'équipement, notamment côté cuisine. Nous adorons cuisiner, et sur ce plan, il est rare de trouver un tel niveau dans cette gamme de location. Le logement est très propre et charmant.Fan de sorties en rando, nous avions nos vélos électriques, et de ce fait, le garage est un vrai plus. La maison se situe à proximité de tout : de la mer, du centre, des commerces, et des nombreuses pistes cyclables.Pour résumer, une location idéale pour un couple.De plus, la personne qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique, très ponctuelle et très efficace. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié ce service de conciergerie de qualité !Bref, nous avons adoré cette escapade hors saison et nous recommandons cette belle adresse à celles et ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Saint Palais et ses environs. A refaire sans hésiter.

Agréable séjour à Saint-Palais-Sur-Mer – été 2024

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans la petite maisonnette de Saint-Palais-Sur-Mer en août 2024, bon emplacement à 10 min à pied du centre-ville et des commerces, plages, etc… Les + -L’accueil et le départ par les sympathiques dames de la conciergerie. -Le garage (car nous avons sillonnés la région à vélo) pour stocker en sécurité et entretenir les vélos -La place de parking protégée. -Le camping juste en face et idéal pour aller chercher la baguette le matin. -Tout est à disposition dans la location (ustensile de cuisine, nettoyage, etc..) et tout est de qualité (à souligner car tellement rare). -La localisation pour sillonner la région que ce soit à vélo (plus que conseiller car bcp bcp bcp de monde) ou à voiture (mais il faudra être patient 😊). Les – -La rue qui parfois se transforme en circuit de « F1 » tant les gens roule vite alors que c’est un lotissement….(mais ce n’est évidemment pas de la faute des propriétaires). -Faire attention aux Les pommes de pin qui tombent quand on prend l’apéro (heureusement nous avions nos casques de vélos) 😊 Bref nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette très belle et qualitative location pour qui veut découvrir cette magnifique région qu’est la Charente-Maritime. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au mois d'octobre dans cette maison très bien décorée et équipée ; elle est parfaite pour deux personnes et dispose en particulier d'un garage permettant de ranger des vélos. Very nice place!

Saint Palais is a great place to spend a week or two in the summer, and this small house has everything you will need. Great garden, modern kitchen with all possible appliances, one double bed and a couch that folds into another bed (it slept okay). Thing to take into consideration: there are no towels or bed linen available. Wel-situated, a 6 minute walk to the beach/center and bike rental at 5 minutes walking (petite Vadrouille). We had a great time!

belle maison en bordure de route

Maison bien équipée, très moderne avec couleurs vives. Super salle de douche. Environnement extrêmement bruyant car la maison est située sur une toute très passante (camions, voitures qui roulent vite) La nuit par contre c'est calme et vous pouvez dormir jusqu'à 7h du matin.
