Foot slopes! Beautiful apartment renovated, sun exposure, Tignes WIFI

Our apartment of 53m2 was completely renovated in 2023 with quality services. Everything has been changed: floor, bathroom, showers, furniture, bedding, lighting, decoration, kitchen, electricity, etc.
The apartment is ideally located in relation to the slopes, ski lifts, the ski school: you will slide, you do not walk 1 meter. Shops and restaurants are within a 100m walk.
6 adults maximum! With children, it's perfect up to 8 persons!
You have all the necessary facilities at your disposal to make it an unforgettable holiday, even a raclette machine!
As sleep is important to recover from skiing, I have chosen for quality bedding!
Free WIFI is also available!
Final cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the price.

Great apartment with lovely views, very clean and tidy. The host was very communicative. Little bit of a walk to town when not skiing but nothing to worry about. When skiing the piste literally runs past the front door!

Wonderful stay in Tignes city center

Karel's home is perfect. Excellent location, walking distance from everything in Tignes city center, and it gets a ton of natural sunlight even in the winter. His apartment was recently renovated so it feels very new and clean. Communication with Karel was excellent - he was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Would recommend Karel's apartment to anyone traveling to Tignes.

Great apartment in Tignes le Lac

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, a short walk to the centre of Tignes le Lac. It is well designed in terms of layout, storage, and usable space. Beds were comfortable and the view of the mountains outside the living room window was beautiful. What we were most impressed with was the host's responsiveness and helpfulness. Karel sent us very useful information prior to our arrival and he was always quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. He also checked in occasionally to see how things were going and if there was anything we needed. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

La semaine dernière, j’ai eu la chance de passer quelques jours à Tignes, et c’était top ! L’appartement que j’ai loué était super bien situé, cosy et parfaitement équipé pour profiter à fond de la montagne.Entre les pistes incroyables, l’ambiance conviviale de la station et les paysages à couper le souffle, c’était une vraie bouffée d’air frais. Un grand bol de neige, de soleil et de fun !Je recommande à fond pour un séjour ski réussi

Un modèle d’appartement locatif

Nous avons été très impressionnés par le côté pratique de l’appartement: optimisation de l’espace, le rangement , les crochets, les salles de bains, l’éclairage, la qualité de la literie et les matelas. Nous louons des appartements depuis plusieurs années dans différents pays. Cet appartement a été le préféré de notre famille. L’appartement a été rénové par des gens consciencieux et professionnels. Tout semble avoir été bien réfléchi au moment de la rénovation. Karel est un modèle comme hôte. L’appartement est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique.

As a family of 5 we had a great holiday staying in this apartment. Very clean and really well equipped, including ski locker and plenty of places to store helmets, salopettes and jackets. It even has a Raclette grill. The view from the apartment is fantastic, looking right at the Tovier side of the mountains. Ideally located with immediate ski in/out access to the main ski lifts in Le Lac (Palafor, Les Ames, Tovier, Rossett and Lavachet). Karel was great with messages and communication before our arrival.

Merci pour votre retour sur votre séjour dans notre appartement. La petite montée goudronnée depuis la rue vers l'appartement se sent effectivement un peu, d'autant plus que nous sommes à 2100m d'altitude. L'été il est effectivement possible de faire cette montée qqs fois par jour si on retourne plusieurs fois vers l'appartement. L'hiver c'est ski-in, ski-out et on ne traine pas les skis, ce qui est très appréciable et on fait la montée max 1 fois par jour pour faire les courses... J'espère pouvoir vous accueillir une nouvelle fois dans notre appartement dans le futur.

L'appartement correspond exactement à l'annonce. Il est propre et très bien équipé. Localisation très bien, prêt du centre mais sans les inconvénients du bruit. Par contre attention ça monte un peu pour rejoindre L'appartement. L'appartement ne dispose pas de place de parking dans l'immeuble mais le parking du centre est gratuit (en tout cas l'été). Pourquoi pas revenir ici l'hiver 🙂

Passionate about skiing and hiking since the youngest age, we decided in 2015 to buy this apartment in Tignes. As we like people to feel good on vacation, we decided to renovate the apartment from head to toe.
We have 3 children who also love the mountain and the sport in general.
I will be delighted to welcome you to our apartment for an unforgettable holiday.

Why they chose this property

For twenty years, I spent between 1 and 5 weeks per year in Tignes, simply because it is the best ski resort in Europe with exceptional snow and ski quality incomparable.
As we have 3 children, I absolutely wanted an apartment at the foot of the slopes. The pleasure of skiing for a week with the kids is also about the comfort of skiing with them, sliding to the ski school or the ski lifts. In the evening or at noon, we slide just to the apartment.
In the apartment, you will find all the necessary comfort for a great holiday: good beds, plenty of storage space, very well equipped bathrooms, ... everything is new!
From the south facing terrace, you will see your children playing in the snow in front of the building after a day of skiing while having a drink!
