Beautiful 230 m² house in a quiet, residential area of Saint-Lunaire. Just 900 metres from the main beach and 500 metres from the village centre. There are plenty of shops, including several well-known bakeries, a mini-market, cafés and excellent restaurants. The superb Saint-Lunaire market takes place every Sunday morning.

Villa Epicure is a warm and functional villa with 5 bedrooms and 13 beds (10 single beds and 3 double beds), and can accommodate up to 15 people.

All set in an enclosed garden with excellent south-west exposure, a top-of-the-range plancha and a bowling green in the garden. Possibility of parking up to 3 vehicles in the courtyard.

Villa Epicure comprises 2 wings linked by an interior patio.
On the ground floor, there is a very large living room with cathedral ceiling opening onto two beautiful terraces, one shaded, the other with sun loungers to make the most of sunny days, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (combined fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker), and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine TV room with sofa bed for 2 people, a master suite with king-size bed (180x200), private shower room with WC, heated towel rail. There is an adjoining bedroom that can sleep up to 3 people, i.e. 3 single beds (80x200). This bedroom is accessed from the master suite via a 150cm high access door.
In the other wing, on the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x200) and access for people with reduced mobility: one of these is a master suite with a double bed and sofa bed, and a private shower room with WC and heated towel rail.
Also on the ground floor, a large laundry room with :
washing machine, tumble dryer. Plenty of storage space.
There's also a "back from the beach" shower and a large sink for the "scaling" area.
Upstairs, for the children's enjoyment, there is a large bedroom with 7 single wooden beds (80*200cm), a separate WC and a large bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and heated towel rail.
The terraces overlook a cul-de-sac. The house overlooks a large, unoverlooked field where you can enjoy the company of the tranquil animals that graze the land.


The situation is calm and restful. Villa Épicure is the perfect family holiday home!

Saint-Malo is a 15-minute drive away, but you can also take a boat from Dinard to get there. Dinard is 10 minutes away, and Cap Fréhel 40 minutes.
