This charming house, classified as a 3* tourist attraction, benefits from an exceptional location, facing south, with a breathtaking view of the cove of Bechet and the castle of Nessay, whose colours change with each tide. Ideally located, it is just above the beach and only 8 minutes walk from the village.

The house has 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, as well as a 5th small children's room. Baby equipment is also available. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as a second refrigerator in the basement. In addition, the house is connected to WIFI for your comfort.

At the back, a private courtyard can park up to 3 vehicles.

Saint-Briac is a seaside resort offering 9 beaches with various orientations, as well as a very welcoming market town with a mini-market. In summer, many activities are offered: water sports, sailing, golf, and much more.
