The space
Welcome to Lake View Lodge, your next mountain adventure location! Lake View Lodge is surrounded by an incredible recreational landscape that provides for many lasting memory making opportunities! The West entrance to Yellowstone is a mere 25 miles away on easy roads. Take off from the front door of Lake View Lodge to access miles upon miles of snowmobile, ATV, and mountain bike trails. The cabin has an overlooking view of the Island Park Reservoir. The reservoir is a great place to enjoy fishing, jet skiing, boating, and swimming. Centennial Shores, the area the cabin is located in, has its own private boat ramp, docks, pavilion, fire pit, and grassy area for picnics. Don't have a boat? No problem! You can rent one from Lake Side Lodge which is also close to the cabin. Horseback riding, river floating, and Harriman State Park tours are also available nearby. Being surrounded by vast rolling meadows gives a 360-degree view of mountain peaks and gorgeous terrain.

The cabin sleeps 13 in beds. There are 3 spacious bathrooms with showers and tubs. The large kitchen is fully equipped and ready to fulfill your needs when preparing to cook an in-home meal. Use the barbecue grill on the back deck and flip burgers while gazing at the lake. The living room has a cozy fireplace and large windows to take in all the scenic views. This cabin is located on a private culdesac. Enjoy the flickering flames of the fire pit, glowing sunset and clear starry nights or enjoy a night soaking in the hot tub. This brand new luxurious cabin was built to suit your needs. Come and enjoy it!

Lake View Lodge has a sister cabin right next door, Lake View Escape. It is ADA accessible and sleeps 4, if you need more room! It is an additional cost.

Nice and cozy cabin!

Nice and clean accommodations that fit our families just right and we loved the chance to find a place to be together over the New Year holiday. Loved all of the seating in the kitchen and the rooms and bathrooms were just the right size. Nice and cozy place during the winter with plenty of snow to enjoy.

Fun on the lake. Fun in Yellowstone.

The place was great. The boat launch and docks were very close and easy. We took our 23-foot wake surfing boat and had a fun day on the lake. Yellowstone is only 40 minutes away. The cabin is cute, clean and very comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful trip.

Great location

This cabin was great for our family of children and grand children. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were comfortable. We were pleased that there was a boat launch and dock in the subdivision since boating was our primary activity. Very nice!

Nice place.

Beautifully furnished kitchen and appliances. There were only 12 of us staying there. A little short on toilet paper and towels upstairs. It worked out well for us. Plenty of beds, lots of good bedding and blankets throughout. I would question listing that it sleeps 21 people unless you specify children. It would be very difficult for 21 adults to comfortably stay there. Very welcoming when entering the house. Tree lights on and fireplace going, it was great. Appreciated the brooms and snow shovel.

Awesome Cabin

We loved staying here for our Family Reunion. The small cabin next door was perfect for our son who is in a wheelchair. It was ADA accessible and perfect.

Beautiful cabin with great views

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. We had a great time visiting Yellowstone and the Tetons along with enjoying golf and fly fishing near us.

Sunrises to Sunsets

Being from the South, we always experience warm weather with high humidity. The weather in this area was amazing for the whole family, and our favorite phrase was "can we bring this weather back home?" The view to the lake was so refreshing in the mornings, and the sunsets in the evening were breathtaking. The cabin was so nice with plenty of room for 15 adults and 2 little ones. We did not want to leave. Thank you for the nice stay and great host.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved our vacation! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. Our kids and grandkids had so much fun riding their snowmachines and playing in the snow. The weather was perfect! I especially liked the area right inside the door to put all the winter clothes, boots and snow gear.

Great stay!

We loved the cabins, we rented the large cabin and small cabin. The only cons I saw was that there was no grass and we went looking for some cards or games and there was none. It was spacious and clean. It fit our family perfectly!

Clean and Beautiful!

We had a large gathering of 20 family members stay at this cabin in celebration of my in-law’s 50th wedding anniversary. We used the cabin as a home base for exploring Yellowstone and it was just great! All the grandsons slept on the fold out couches in the game room, the granddaughters took the room with the bunk beds and the adults split up between the remaining bedrooms. The cabin was clean, beautifully furnished, with a well stocked kitchen and beds/pillows that were some of the MOST comfortable we’ve ever slept on while away from home. Another feature was that the neighborhood had a small park area with a couple docks right on the lake and a fire ring for the kids to swim and roast marshmallows. Ty was very quick to respond when the initial door code didn’t work, and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. The WiFi was very strong even with all the kids’ devices connected to it in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Ty!

Great comfortable home away from

Comfortable property. Very nice bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc . Did get a little warm with just fans for cooling. Very nice and good communication. Would stay here again.

Found broken glass on floor

Found broken glass by ottoman luckily didn't require stiches. There were/are crackers/crumbs that were never cleaned up from cleaning people from I'll assume previous stay. Cabin was beautiful, wished it was closer. I'm surprised checkout time isn't like a hotel at noon instead of so early at 10 am as well as check-in at 4 pm when people are coming from all over. This was my first vrbo experience and I can't say for the price really where I'm at experience wise with it, I'll say neutral. However it does beat starting in a hotel when you're with family. The check in and out time as well as the distance was my fault as I should have looked more into that, so my bad. The pros, beautiful in the middle of no where if someone is just wanting to get away and enjoy no where with beautiful scenery. Well decorated, amenities in kitchen were great. The size of counterspace as well as table areas was perfect.

Great Stay at Island Park

Ty was a great host and easy to communicate with! The house was bigger in person that I expected. The rooms were big an roomy. We had 4 families staying here for a 5 day trip and it was wonderful! Awesome game/media room upstairs for all the teenagers and plenty of beds and space for everyone else. Fun 4 wheeler/motorcycle track just up the road. Close to the lake. Beaches by the grass area were rocky and shoes were needed but kids still had a blast. Huge kitchen and dining area for feeding and entertaining 4 families easily! Only complaints are there are 3 bedrooms upstairs with only 1 bathroom. The downstairs has 1 bedroom with 2 additional bathrooms. That set up was a little tricky. Also, there is little to no insulation in the floors so the master bedroom downstairs heard all the activity upstairs. House does not have AC but we brought fans and window fans and were able to keep it comfortable even in 80 degree weather. Lastly, there is another small house on the property fairly close to the main house (about a 3 car garage length away) that is rented separately so there was another family staying there. We didn't see them much or interact at all but if you are looking for complete privacy keep the additional building in mind. Overall we LOVED it and will definitely be back for another visit!

Great place and beautiful views

We had a fantastic time with our little family of 6. The home is beautiful, with everything you need. Lots of space, really nice mattresses and pillows (underrated!), and a view of the reservoir. We took the three minute walk down to play at the reservoir and caught trout and had a great time. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!
