Excellant property for 2 families

The house is beautifully decorated and finished to a very high standard. A very large walled south facing garden with a pool 8 x 4 x1.5m is heated and a real treat. The kitchen is well equipped and there is indoor and outdoor dining, plus a bbq and brazier area. The hosts are prompt, helpful and courteous. 3 supermarkets within 5-10 mins drive, nearest beach 30mins, plus plenty of WW2 history if that's your thing.

Our family all loved this property. It was perfect for 8 of us (aged 13-82). Valerie was very helpful and responsive if we needed her. All of the upstairs bedrooms had en-suites with uk king size beds we think (the description calls them small doubles but they were not small). We had 2 teenagers in the downstairs twin bedroom who used our showers when they got up! The property has been beautifully renovated and decorated to a high standard and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean. We loved using the pool, which was bigger than we expected and was serviced twice whilst we were there. The village is quiet, the local well stocked supermarket is 15-20 minute walk /5 min drive away. It was the perfect location for exploring the local region and Normandy coastline. It was only 45 min drive from the Caen ferry terminal. We had such a lovely holiday, thank you so much Valerie!

Visiter le Calvados à partir d’un havre de paix…

Nous sommes partis en famille : 7 adultes, 1 grand adolescent et 2 enfants. 10 personnes qui se retrouvent pour les vacances, le lieu de villégiature est important pour que celles-ci se déroulent au mieux ! Et je pense que nous pouvons dire que le lieu était parfait ! En effet, cet ancien presbytère est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, particulièrement les quatre chambres de l’étage qui ont chacune leur style et le confort d’une salle de douche et d’une toilette privatives. Autant les espaces intérieurs que les espaces extérieures sont vastes, ce qui permet que la famille puisse passer des moments ensemble mais aussi s’isoler lorsqu’on a envie de se ressourcer, par exemple dans la balançoire sous les magnifiques noyers. La piscine est très agréable et agrémentée de nombreux accessoires pour le plus grand plaisir des petits mais aussi des grands. Elle est nettoyée régulièrement ce qui permet qu’elle reste propre jusqu’au bout du séjour ! Et comme nous aimons visiter, nous n’avons pas été déçus, vu que nous étions proches du château de Canon, de la ville de Lisieux, de la ville de Falaise… et que nous avons donc pu facilement assouvir notre curiosité ! Je terminerai ce commentaire en vous disant que nous avons été reçus par des personnes très agréables et toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins. N’hésitez donc pas à leur demander de nouvelles balles de ping-pong… Anne-Sophie

Une adresse à retenir!

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et disponibles. Quant à la maison, elle a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et de passion. Elle est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse.

Brilliant Family Home

La Maison M is great for a family holiday. The house is big enough for a large family and has lots of character. The large garden is secure for the children. We all enjoyed the above ground swimming pool and garden games. There are lots of fruit trees you can pick from and it's nice to use the bicycles to fetch the bread. We especially enjoyed family meal times together in the garden. We visited an animal farm park close by and the fromagerie at Livarot. The beaches at Cabourg and Houlgate are fantastic and a children's paradise. Valérie and Sylvain are lovely people and very accommidating to ensure your stay is perfect. We would definitely visit again.

Excellent property and excellent stay

The photographs of this property do not do it justice. Everything about the property is perfect, we were 7 adults and two children under 10 and found everything that we needed. Bedrooms are magnificent with all but the twin ensuite. The twin room is downstairs but our children are old enough for it not to be a problem. The grounds are well kept and the pool is perfect. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning! - The O'Connor family :)

Très belle location XXL dans une belle propriété avec de belles prestations dans un écrin de verdire

Nous avons séjourné le temps du week-end de Pâques en famille dans cette location. Cet ancien presbytère offre des prestations haut de gamme. Tout est bien pensé et agencé avec beaucoup de goût 4 des 5 chambres spacieuses sont équipées de belles SDB et de WC. Le terrain arboré de 2500m2 est un vrai plus. Les hôtes sont franchement très accueillants et arrangeants, nous recommandons sans hésitation cette superbe adresse.

Cette maison ancienne a été rénovée avec goût et a beaucoup de cachet. Confort moderne, bien équipée. Spacieuse, pouvant accueillir une grande famille et plusieurs amis. Beau jardin, piscine, portique de jeux pour les enfants. Accueil chaleureux et petit cadeau de bienvenue. Documents à disposition pour les visites de la région. Très bon séjour, maison idéale!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est parfaite pour un groupe d'amis comme le nôtre composé de 5 couples. Chaque couple a son intimité avec la chambre avec salle de bain. Le jardin est très agréable. La piscine est le plus! Nous sommes venu sans enfants mais les installations permettent très bien de venir avec. Nous retenons cette adresse pour de futurs week-ends !
