Situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside, Gîte Val ès Dunes offers a peaceful and authentic retreat combining comfort, space, and nature.

Ideal for up to 6 guests (up to 8 depending on the group composition), the gîte features bright and spacious living areas, including a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area, a comfortable living room, and several sleeping spaces designed for families or friends.

Outside, enjoy a private terrace with outdoor dining area, garden furniture, and parasol — perfect for relaxing in a peaceful rural setting. Guests also have access to a shared heated pool (May to September), shared outdoor leisure areas, and a 4-person private hot tub available from April 1st to October 1st.

The property is set within large outdoor grounds featuring a pétanque court and wooden outdoor games shared between the 3 gîtes of the property. Farm animals (goats, chickens, ducks…) live on site and can be observed respectfully, adding to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided. Electric vehicle charging station available on site (7.4 kW, extra fee). Baby equipment available on request.

A calm and relaxing setting, ideally located to discover Normandy while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.
