High end finishes complete this 2bd/2ba condo with gorgeous views of Winter Park resort. Walk to town, or step outside and hop on the shuttle anywhere. Complete with all the amenities- indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, wifi, and beyond!
Comfortably sleep 6 people. If you want to embrace the town of winter park, this is the place for you!!
Main living space offers high end finishes with wood fireplace, large screen smart tv with cable and wifi. Kitchen has all the necessities to cook a fresh meal. Oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and even a keurig coffee maker for those who desire. Main living area also has a comfortable deck to enjoy the views of Winter Park resort and surrounding mountain ranges.
Master bedroom offers a queen bed, private bath and private deck. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds to sleep 4 comfortably. There is also a private deck off this bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with shower, stocked with the necessities.
Please note that this is a 3rd/top floor condo which allows for vaulted ceilings and a more spacious fee. There ARE stairs required however, so make sure you are okay with walking up a large flight of stairs to gain access. The elevator takes you to the 2nd floor, and there are luggage carts available for use to get you and your items closer to the unit.

Clean and close to town

The property was overall nice, there were a few things that could be improved easily but overall it was nice with easy access to the ski slopes and the contact was very quick to respond to any questions. If there was an improvement that could be made that’s needed in my opinion it would be a new master bed.

Great little get away

We had a wonderful time here. The host was very helpful and the home was well taken care of. Outside of the door is an echo but we only heard people every now and then. It wasn’t bad at all. Loved the balconies. There was plenty of room for my teenagers to spread out. It was a great location, close to everything. The only thing I would have liked is a broom and dust pan to tidy up after I cooked and some softer extra blankets to curl up in.

Great Location close to town and the resort!

Overall this place was excellent, very clean and very spacious with a beautiful view on the patio. My only small complain would be it was a bit hard to find the room at first. If you're elderly, have trouble walking up stairs then this place may not be ideal. This was not an issue for me but may be for some. The room was spotless and had everything you needed for an extended stay. We were able to ride bikes into town and Winter Park resort was only 10 minutes away. I'd stay here again if it is available. Thanks!

The condo was dirty. The kitchen tools were dirty. We had to clean them to cook. The oven had grease at the bottom that smoked when we cooked a pizza. After we cleared the smoke we found the smoke detectors in a draw. We had to purchase toilet paper since there was very little. This was our third rental in this complex and our first one with issues.

A great time

We had a lovely stay. The condo was very clean and had all that we needed to cook and relax. We enjoyed the games as well. It was just a few minutes from town and about a 10 minute drive to the resort. The indoor garage is fantastic, it snowed every day and we didn’t have to start each day cleaning off the truck. The stairs were a little challenging with our luggage as we were still getting used to the change in altitude but got easier as the week progressed. Check in and out is very easy and the owner was very attentive and helpful when I asked questions about the area before arriving. We had a great week! Winter Park is such a fun area and provides all that you need for the perfect family vacation!

Nice unit, but just OK complex

Nice updated unit close to town (about 15 min walk). The building where the unit is located is very dated, needs a lot of upgrades, and was dirty. Unfortunately, we would not rent this unit again.

The cleanliness of the property was very good. However, there were several maintenance issues, blinds broke, doors that don’t lock, light bulbs out, door broke, ice maker doesn’t work, etc. it is also 3 flights up of stairs, no elevator. (Only elevator is from the parking garage, up one floor).

Winter Park Condo

I loved the property. It was very clean. Felt very safe. The online pictures are very accurate. The condo was stocked with everything we needed & more. Corrine was very nice & understanding. We hated to leave & when we return back to Winter Park we will definitely stay here again. Lol
