This is one of the few true ski-in / ski-out condos in Winter Park. Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Hot Tub / Ski Locker level - walk down the hall, grab your skis and go!

Second floor 2 BR / 2 Bath with full kitchen (not kitchenette or 3/4 bath), plus pull-out sleep sofa and day bed, fully furnished and ready for use.

Amenities include porch with view of Village, gas fireplace, garage parking (additional fee during ski season), sunrise views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ski locker use, bike locker / storage, tv & cable, wifi, and easiest access to slopes and trails.

We enjoyed a perfect week with our adult kids. Staying at zephyr was a treat- so easy to get in for lunches and get first tracks in the morning! The house had everything we needed. Loved the queen bunk beds! Thanks again. We’ll be back!

Fantastic location and great property!

The location of this property is all about convenience. You're on the same floor as the very large and accommodating ski locker, the hot tubs and the walk-out to ski-in/ski-out access. The condo itself is clean and very nicely kept. The extra beds made it very comfortable for our family of five, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The owner was really accessible for questions and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Really great experience and really great vacation!

Perfect locaton in Winter Park base village

We are a family of 4 who visited Winter Park for downhill biking and hiking. We loved everything about our stay here. Communication with the owner and check-in directions were spot on (we've had check-in confusion in the past with gates/lock boxes etc). The condo was literally steps away from multiple restaurants, the Gondola, and hiking and biking trails. The condo had hotel-like amenities (ie tons of towels, hairdryer, soap, etc in the bathroom) plus a well-stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again.

Best location! Excellent ammenities

Family stayed here for our annual ski trip, brought our 1yr old daughter too. We utilized winter parks baby rentals for a crib, stroller, and playyard and it made our trip so much easier. We used the hot tub and ski lockers for an awesome convenience, the hot tub was soooo relaxing. Friendly neighbors and staff, parking garage was top tier, comfortable to get baby in and out and not endure the cold temperatures. We love winter park. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Heated bathrooms were appreciated. And all the streaming services so baby could watch her programs. Tv in both rooms and living room was also an added bonus. Fireplace was incredibly warm and cozy. Sign the guestbook, we found neighbors from back home in there! Highly recommended, we hope to be back next year.

Great spring ski in ski out

My Dad and I had a great time staying in this 2 bed/2bath condo. It had everything we needed and then some. I love that it’s in the base so we could walk around when not skiing. The ski in ski out was perfect and so easy to get to the locker from! I would definitely stay here again and it would also be perfect for the whole family!

Great Location in Winter Park Village

This was the most convenient condo in Zephyr Mountain Lodge, in the middle of Winter Park Resort. It was clean and the owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. It was great for our family. We hope to go back there soon!

Wonderful winter stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay, it was just so easy for everyone to ski/snowboard right from the place, and for others to snowshoe the nearby trails too! It was nice to come back for lunch or to warm-up a bit then head back out! We had plenty of space and everything we needed! Thanks for a great stay!

Since the 1990s I have been a fan of WP for the combination of snow consistency, terrain and convenience. My first season pass was a Rocky Mountain Superpass, and although I love visiting Copper and Steamboat once or twice per season, WP / Mary Jane will long remain my ski home. This is my second condo in Zephyr Mtn Lodge, and I am just now getting to see some of the benefits to year-round visits to the Winter Park / Grand County community.

Why they chose this property

2 Bedroom 2 Bath full Kitchen, comfortably sleeps 10 in beds, ski locker & hot tubs on my level. From the first time I skied Winter Park after the buildout of Zephyr Mountain Lodge and saw the hot tubs underneath the Zephyr lift, I thought to myself how cool it would be to step out of my skis, take a dip in the hot tub and stay right there by the lift. For a couple years I had a unit on the first floor, but when the chance came to move to a slightly larger one on the same level as the ski lockers, hot tubs, etc - I did not think twice.

What makes this property unique

Walk down the hall, pick up skis from ski locker, walk out the door and ski down to Zephyr. What more could you ask for? You also don't have to mess with elevators other than to move in and out. This is great for someone who wants to get the most out of their time skiing or mountain biking.
