You’ll love this beautiful village home, renovated in 2021, featuring reversible air conditioning and a 100 m² outdoor courtyard.<br>Cereste is a charming village located in Provence, right in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park.<br>On the ground floor, this house features a large living room with a modern, fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, range hood, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, “Nespresso” capsule coffee maker, toaster, and storage). <br>In the former vaulted stone cellar, you’ll find the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, clothesline, ironing board and iron, storage) as well as a separate toilet.<br>Upstairs, you’ll find a relaxation area on the mezzanine (with a sofa bed for 1–2 additional guests upon request) as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet.<br>The first bedroom features a 160x200 bed with a closet and chest of drawers.<br>The second bedroom features a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, as well as a chest of drawers.<br>All bedding is new and high-quality. Additional sleeping arrangements available upon request. A travel cot is available in the house.<br>The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a towel warmer and a wall-mounted toilet (hair dryer provided).<br>You’ll have access to digital terrestrial TV channels, good 4G coverage, and fiber-optic internet (optimal high-speed) via Wi-Fi for remote work or other needs, as well as Bluetooth speakers, card games, and board games.
