All tile floors...each bedroom has an ensuite bath and 50' smart TV's!  Updated kitchen with granite counters, clean and well-stocked for meal preparations...all the comforts of your home-away-from-home!

This two-bedroom, two bath condo boasts 1300 square feet of living space with private laundry facilities, an open-air balcony and a separate private entrance to the guest en-suite bedroom.
Kawama Yacht Club...a fabulous oceanfront complex with a plethora of amenities located in the heart of Key Largo! Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a private residence on 22 well-planned and landscaped acres. Kawama Tower has its own private, heated marina-front pool with shared access to two additional heated pools.  Other features include an oceanfront beach, a children’s playground, two tennis courts, a sunning beach at the north end of the 3-acre saltwater lagoon and relaxing walking paths through the community.  Oceanfront, you’ll find picnic and meditation areas, a 400’ fishing jetty and the pearl of Kawama Yacht Club, the deep-water marina with boat ramp and rental slips. (Advance reservations must be made for a slip rental).  There is also gated and manned, 24-hour security.

Kawama Yacht Club is close to shopping and restaurants, some with nightly entertainment...there's even a fresh seafood market within an easy walk. A short drive down US#1 from mainland US puts Kawama Yacht Club within easy reach for your island destination getaway.

Property was great other than bed in front bedroom was so uncomfortable guests slept on the sectional sofa in the den. Very disappointing! Bugs were also relentless even with everything in frig & counters cleaned 3 times a day. One Elevator was out of order entire time in the tower. Property is wonderful - views fantastic but bed & elevator issues as well as other guests being loud on weekend in early morning hours makes it less desirable. We use VRBO a lot & this was our 1st less than stellar property! VOnly less than 5 rating We have ever given!in an otherwise great property!

Perfect!

This condo is exactly as pictured. We found it spacious, clean and in pristine condition. Meredith was responsive to texts and very helpful. The elevator, parking and pool were all easily accessible and close by. We even walked to Island Dolphin Care and thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Highly recommend for families.

My favorite part of the property is walking out to the table and watching the beautiful sunset! It was everything I expected and more! The grounds are kept very clean. Everyone one was very polite. Very Nice Place To Stay in Key Largo

We really enjoyed our stay in 411 Kawama Tower! It was a great location for getting around the keys. This is a gated yacht club that felt calm, quiet and safe while we were there. It seemed like a lot of units were empty this past week but that may change with the busier weeks of summer coming. A lot of people get around by golf cart on the property. The unit was really nice - very clean, spacious and well stocked. Everything worked and we thought the beds were incredibly comfortable. The building was really nice as well. One elevator was down but we never had to wait to use the other one. The property was huge - we used the pool a lot - and it had a walking trail that looped the entire lagoon and playground area that we liked. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed down along the beach area that didn't smell great during the hot parts of the day, so we avoided that area for the most part. But there were lots of sitting areas provided down along the beach and a nice long pier with a sitting area at the end of it, too. The property manager was wonderful - I really appreciated all of their communication before our trip, especially the clear instructions for picking up our packet after hours and the list of essentials provided and not provided in the condo. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Fantastic rental.

Fantastic rental. Clean, comfortable, roomy, great amenities, great view, great value. We didn’t cook. But we all noticed the very nice appliances. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. More than was promised which was a nice surprise. We were grateful for the closet of games and a cooler and items in the laundry closet that all made vacationing better! Thanks for the instructions literally on the remotes. Very helpful. And it made it so we didn’t have to rely on one person to figure it out. SUGGESTED: The best sailing lesson is with Sarah at Tipsea Hippie out of Islander girls - female owned and operated!! Very friendly. Quick to respond. Very nice check-In. Excellent service all the way around.
