You are going to love this beautifully renovated vacation rental condo. This stunning 9th-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, Majestic Sun 905A, vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort will kick start your vacation when you walk in the door to see the fresh and inviting colors throughout. It offers beach views from all common areas and the private balcony! With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.

Upon entering this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, make your way straight to the living and dining room area and take in the breathtaking view of the sugary soft white sand and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The updated living area has an HDTV, a queen-size sleeper, as well as access to the private balcony with lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a family meal and has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bathroom with double vanities. The second bedroom is a bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. Each bedroom is decorated in nautical colors that are perfect for a beach vacation. This vacation rental condo offers a washer and dryer in the unit and can easily accommodate up to 8 guests.

At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf car rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

Beautiful Property

The property was decorated beautifully. The kids loved the bunk room. The resort pool was awesome! It was in a great location. The a/c couldn’t be turned above 72, so it was pretty warm at night, which was the only thing I didn’t like about the property. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication and responsiveness between me, the client, and the rental agency. All questions answered immediately. If looking for tiny suggestions, not imperatives, a box of Kleenex would be nice and lighting could be brighter in the kitchen overhead light, and if possible a small lamp provided in the guest bedroom. Very happy with rental very comfortable beds, linens and towels. Excellent overall!!! This is my second or 3rd stay with Glass Casa, they are a Class Act.

Even with cooler weather nothing dampened our abilities to participate in outdoor activities. The rental office staff answered all questions or concerns immediately. Using the indoor pool was a big plus as well as the workout facilities. The bunkbed mattresses were extremely comfortable for adults as well as children. (very surprised about how good the bunk bed mattresses were). Cannot wait to return.

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the photos which were beautiful were deceiving. The unit is VERY small and narrow and the most disappointing asepect was the air conditioning. My family sleeps in a cold house and the temperature was borderline miserable. The unit failed to cool down at night and you are warned numerous times to not go below a certain degree. The furniture was great, modern and clean decor. The Guest bedroom prvoides 2 bunk beds with the bottom bunks literally sitting on the floor. THe masterbedroom's bed was surprisingly comfortable. Location overall good. Does not offer beach chair service, but rather provides use of beach chairs and umbrella you have to carry and set up daily yourself. The living room has a very high lip on the sliding door which was dangerous as we tripped a few times. The tv is closed behind a boken tv cabinet. We didn't watch tv for fear it would break even more and we would be responsible for the expense. I did not like the check in process, although convienent very impersonal. Everything was completed per the app and the constant notifications felt like we were rushed. It was a fairly expensive 3 nights for such little amenities.

Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony, the place was equipped with everything we needed. The dishwasher wasn’t working when we got there but maintenance came right away and fixed it. The only thing my husband didn’t like was the tv was in a Armoire& the doors stick out so you can only see the tv if your sitting on the couch. Very comfortable beds: We hope to come back next year

The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. Close to the beach. Close to stores, a beach bar and two restaurants. Lots of people, but not over crowded. Felt safe. We will be back.
