The small farmhouse is a detached single-storey villa, at the end of a dead-end road, in a quiet area, where each room opens onto the sea view, the hills and the garden of 2000 m² with
Heated swimming pool from April to October (weather permitting).
A covered terrace with barbecue allows you to have lunch sheltered from the sun while a large south-facing terrace is equipped with sunbeds and outdoor sofas for sunbathing. The house is composed of a beautiful living room, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with washing machine.
