The space
This is a quaint and beautiful ground level apartment in a remodeled 1950's era home. Located on a hill next to the mountain. Close enough to all the amenities of a big city but still offers a quiet place to stay away from the hustle and bustle.

There are two bedrooms

Bedroom #1- "The tree room" Offers a High quality Queen Mattress, linens and 30" inch smart TV. Unique features include dimmable vine lights, vines hanging from the ceiling, a massive forest mural on the wall and Red cedar wood ceiling. Each side of the bed is equipped with a personal night time sconce and outlet with USB's

Bedroom #2 - "The bunk room" Offers a Twin size triple bunk bed with High quality mattress and linens. Each bunk is equipped with it's own dimmable light and USB ports for charging your devices. Kids love the bunk room!

Bed #3 - Queen Sofa bed in living room - Memory foam mattress, high quality linens.

Other things to note
We take the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously - as such we are taking extreme measures to sanitize the apartment top to bottom after every stay. This means you are the first to touch all door knobs, switches, pulls/handles, cups, dishes lids ECT... All linens are washed on a sanitary setting after EVERY stay. All surfaces and furniture wiped and disinfected. We take priority in both our safety and our guests safety.

Why they chose this property

With land becoming more scarce in Utah county, we felt extremely lucky to find a half acre lot in a Cul-de-sac road. We're right up against the Wasatch mountains, overlooking the city of Springville. We have a fantastic neighborhood with great people. We love it here.
