The starter serves:
- 1 kitchen with integrated and equipped kitchen, 1 washing machine, 1 oven, 1 Senseo coffee maker, 1 microwave, a sofa-cama in a corner.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140*190, 1 TV, 1 wardrobe, 2 ottomans and 1 small coffee table.
- a separate toilet.
- 1 bathroom with shower with hydro massage jets.

The apartment has an entrance with intercom, free Wi-Fi, internet channels.
it is located on the ground floor, of a detached house, quiet, not overlooked, access to the accommodation is secure
The street has free parking.
Set back from a major city street, direct access to city exteriors and major highways.

The rental price is for 2 adults, and possibility children.

Situation:
Train station at 450 metres. (6 minutes walk).
pharmacy at 250m,
Intermarché store at 750 metres (8 minutes walk)
city centre 750 metres away (Monoprix, pedestrian street, etc.)

Logement crasseux et usagé

Accueil correct, par propriétaire logeant étage au dessus. Passé 1 seule nuit car arrivé tard sur les 4 prévues. Plusieurs endroits avec moisissures importantes (douche, VMC, plinthes.) . Peu de lumière, (4 ampoules de spot grillées). Casseroles cuisine pas utilisables. Nombreux endroits du logement dégradés+ seuil de porte DANGEREUX. (Rail h=4cm).
