Welcome to Chez Tonton!

Beautiful flat ideally located 5 minutes from the Old Port and offering a small exterior. This flat has been designed as a hotel suite with a kitchenette and a small outdoor loggia. You will appreciate the immediate proximity of the Old Port, the atmosphere of the flat, and the small loggia for lunches or aperitifs. Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

Car access :
If you come by car, the Estiennes d'Orve car park is 3 minutes away.

Other transportation :
- The Vieux Port has many bus and metro lines.
- The train station is 25 minutes away on foot.
- The Catalan beach is 20 minutes away on foot.

The flat is located on the side of the Port offering many Bars and Restaurants. You can do everything on foot. We will share with you our best addresses.

- Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

STAY AWAY! Toilet didn't flush, management ignored multiple attempts to reach them. Finally spoke with them, said they would fix it, never did. The building itself is INCREDIBLY grimy and dirty, carpet should have been replaced ten years ago. Bathroom is poorly designed, almost impossible to take a shower without spraying water everywhere... and there are no hooks to hang the towels on. I would only recommend this place to someone if I secretly hated them, and wanted to watch them suffer.

Déjà, quelle stupéfaction d’apprendre que le logement se situe en entresol, alors qu’il n’est même pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Sur les photos, l’appartement est lumineux, spacieux, alors qu’en réalité, il est très sombre. Certaines prises électriques sont défectueuses, le wifi KO. Le salarié nous informe qu’un technicien vous contactera et passera réparer tout cela ! Mais, il n’en n’est rien, personne ne vous contacte. La douche avec des tâches importantes de calcaire, ne donne pas envie de se doucher. Des tâches de moisissures au plafond. Bref, la totale. Mais la cerise sur le gâteau et le plus insupportable, ce sont les CAFARDS ! ! ! ! Ils étaient présents dans chaque recoin, sur la vaisselle, l’évier, les rideaux, trousses de toilette. Bref, partout. Nous avons dû quitter le logement plus tôt, tellement, c’était invivable. Si, il y avait l’option, conseillerez-vous cette location à un(e) ami(e), ma réponse en titre.

Je suis mitigée.

Nous sommes restés un peu moins d'une semaine dans ce studio. La première chose qui nous a un peu refroidi est le fait que ce studio se situe à l'entre-sol, ce qui n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce! Mais nous nous sommes finalement habitués à voir défiler des passants juste à côté de nous pendant que nous mangions sur le balcon. L'autre bémol de notre séjour est que nous avons eu la chance de nous retrouver nez-à-nez avec quelques cafards notamment dans le réfrigérateur! Nous avons alors essayé de joindre l'agence qui gère ce studio mais nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse. Il n'y avait pas d'ampoule sur la lampe extérieure et le ventilateur et une chaise du balcon étaient cassés. Sinon la personne qui nous a accueillie était très agréable et a vite répondu à nos questions par message. La localisation est super. Finalement nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous avons eu quelques déceptions.
