très bien situé par rapport à Dinan avec navette gratuite
très agréable séjour, mais pendant la canicule il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement ; un ventilateur à disposition serait le bienvenu car la proximité de la route nous empêche d'ouvrir les fenêtres.Petit jardin bien agréable

D'ailleurs,nous tenons absolument à remercier votre équipe de byonettoyage pour le devouement ,le sérieux et la qualité de leur travail.Nous nous sommes aussi délectés de toutes ces petites attentions constatées à notre arrivée .

🙁 La télévision est petite par rapport à la dimension de la pièce de vie, assis sur le canapé la télévision est loin et l'image petite.
L'appartement est silencieux fenêtre fermée. La fenêtre de la pièce de vie donne sur la route Rennes-Dinan donc si on souhaite ouvrir la fenêtre il faut le faire en dehors des heures de pointe.argher"

LE COTISSOIS Le logement est parfaitement situé pour visiter les environs. Le salon donne sur la rue mais la chambre est au calme. La cuisine est tres bien équipée. Machine a laver et seche linge disponibles au rdc. Tout etait tres propre. Une petite remarque sur l'isolation acoustique avec le logement de l'etage superieur. Nous recommandons ce logement.
