Our ground floor Racquet Club Villa has a king in the master and 2 double beds in the guest room. We have televisions and wifi in the villa.

Harbour Town is just a short walk or bike ride away, where there are many wonderful restaurants, shopping, and the famous Harbourtown Lighthouse. You are also steps away from the Harbourtown Golf Links and Stan Smith Tennis Center. The Sea Pines Beach Club is just a short drive or bike ride away. South Beach, which is home to the famous Salty Dog restaurant, is also nearby. The Sea Pines Trolley is also available for your transportation throughout Sea Pines. Sea Pines has many miles of beautiful bike trails at your disposal.

You can swim in the neighborhood pool, play tennis on the clay courts, or sit on the patio overlooking a beautiful lagoon.

This condo is in a great location with walkability to Harbor Town shops, restaurants, and lighthouse. It is an older unit but has been updated. Upon arrival the door code did not function and the unit had not been cleaned. The owner was extremely responsive though and quickly rectified the situation. She arranged for the cleaning crew to come that evening and they quickly arrived. The unit had a bit of a musty smell, but was otherwise clean and sufficient for our stay. I would stay again primarily based on the location of the property and convenience to Sea Pines amenities.

There is nothing like a Harbour Town sunset and this property is just a short walk away. The property was as very clean with a great layout. The owners were available and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay again!

This first-floor condo was perfect for my husband, me and sister. My children and other family rented a large house and we came back here for sleeping and breakfast. Shuttle and Harbortown were so close.

Great Condo in a Great Location

My husband and I, son and grandson enjoyed our stay in this very nice newly renovated condo in walking distance to Harbourtown. We practically had the pool to ourselves. It was nicely decorated. The master BR and bath was especially nice.The kitchen was very up to date as well. There was a nice washer/dryer and a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. There was plenty of storage space compared to other condos around there.

Lovely property

The place was exceptionally clean and had lovely decor. The pictures didn’t do it justice! The owners were incredibly responsive and friendly, we even FaceTimed at my request when we had a question. We cycled to Harbor Town, Salty Dog, and the beach. However, I wouldn’t recommend biking at night; it was quite dark, and I’m not sure what I was thinking. The only issue was the door lock, which was promptly fixed. The master bed needed an update; it’s quite old and not very comfortable. Overall, it was a perfect stay!

Great location! Trolley stop right outside. Bike racks available. Harbour town and restaurants walkable. The condo floor plan is an efficient use of space. There was an issue with the door when we arrived. However, the owners quickly responded and were able to get someone to fix the door the same day. The owners were great to work with and responsive.

The condo is exactly as disclosed in the listing. The location is perfect for walking (10mins) to harbortown, walking (less then 10mins) to the shops or riding the trolley to sea pines beach club! Loved that it was on the ground floor, as I'm 8 months pregnant and would not be able to help my husband carry all the stuff up the stairs. The kids loved the little alligator in the pond out back. The pool was perfect for the kids and a maybe 2 min walk from the condo. We really enjoyed our stay! We have been searching for the perfect location in sea pines and this was it!

Just as good as our 1st stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa & it was once again a great experience! I was having trouble checking in & viewing messages on my VRBO app once we arrived but Lisa still responded quickly to my text messages. The location was perfect for our family - very close to Harbor Town and a quick ride to the beach or the Marina. My kids slept on air mattresses in our master bedroom so my dad & grandfather who decided to join us last-minute could sleep in the 2 beds available in the guest bedroom. We had just the right amount of space. HHI is our summer tradition we just can't skip!

From the reviews , I was expecting the home to be cleaner than it was . It’s plain and worn in places . As clean as can be given it’s age . Personally , the religious decor made me uncomfortable. Location ok if you want to walk to Harbour Town but on a busy road . Could hear neighbors upstairs . We left tv on for a short while and returned to tvs being off . Maybe they were on a timer but that seemed odd . Check in easy . Bed comfortable .

Wonderful visit to Sea Pines!

We had a great long weekend staying at in Sea Pines at this terrific residence. It was clean, comfortable, convenient to Harbour Town, and just a bike ride, walk or short drive to the Sea Pines beach club or Salty Dog at South Beach. The host was communicative, super friendly, and very helpful on some flexibilities around our arrival and departure. We will stay here again in the future.
